I'm getting sick of these calls. They don't stop and if they call from one nbr and you don't answer they call from another.
They have no respect for the do not call list which by now is an absolute joke. How do these people / pseudo company's get away w/this.  

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities and companies with preexisting business relationships, but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list  is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.  Just think ... if there were no DNC, you would be receiving incessant telemarketing calls from BOTH legitimate and scam callers!

If you receive calls even after reporting them (and waiting a sufficient time), then you should consider using a call blocker app, device or service as your first line of defense.  Google "call blocker" to see such things at Amazon or other sites.

answered a call from this number said hello twice heard a muffled noise that sounded like a call center then the caller hung up. I figured its solar or home energy sales again.

tried calling back and was unsuccessful to get through. This is a big nuisance call.

Got a call from this number at 8:46pm on a Monday.  I didn't recognize the number but answered and said Hello.  Heard a short noise that sounded like a part of a syllable spoken by a human, followed by silence.  I then hung up.  What a pain in the neck.

This number keeps calling us  after we told him to stop.  The number is 951-856-9965

This # belongs to CSC or CRC air and duct cleaning. Said we were not interested and he said "well we're going to keep calling you" and hung up. They do not stop calling. Soooo irritating.

getting calls from this number most everyday 951 856 9965, I am on the do not call list and am very tired of the many calls that come in on a daily basis on both of my phones, I even get one that is 951 555 5555, obviously a spoofed call

951-856-9965 received 2 calls today already and I know that it is regarding solar becasue they have called me numerous times in the past.. Both me and my husband tell them we are not interested do not call back but they still do.... so annoyed!!!

951-856-9965 is represented by TRC HVAC Duct Cleaning Service.  They are the rudest, most abnoxious telemarketers I have ever had to deal with.  They also call from 951-555-5555.  For the lack of disrespect they continue to show, I do not believe anybody would buy or contract anything from this company.  I surely know I would not!!!  Also, I looked them up on Internent and cant find a TRC in Riverside as they represent?

I answered and the lady sounded surprised she sounded like an older woman. She asked for someone and I told her this is not the number and she was like "ohh this isn't? This is a cell phone? We'll have to contact and fix that" and I just said "no it's okay don't " and then I asked who was speaking and they said they were calling regarding the air vent cleaning taking place on my street. At this point I knew it was a lie and I just went along with it and then I said oh okay bye and that's it. Sounded like I was on speaker too
