This number has called me 5 times past few days and does the same thing hangs up

Just missed a call and this was the number on my call display. I called it back and got a recording that says the number is not in service. Grr this drives me insane that people get away with this when I register on the National Do Not Call list so this doesn't happen.

This number keeps calling me and hangs up. If I return the call, it says not in service.

Called, no message left.

Obviously scammers running computer dialers, same issue as everyone else, on Do Not Call List but getting hang ups from this number consistently. They are using the phone number to come up on the caller ID.

They called, I answered, they hung up, I blocked them.

They are obviously spoofing the caller ID #.  Since they are hanging up on everyone, I would suggest they are simply farming for active phone numbers so they can sell a list.  Just my guess.
