Who is this calling my cell phone?

No idea who this is. Called 4 times today, left 2 silent messages.

Keep getting calls, don't answer numbers I don't know. Finally I called back today to see who it was..... some career advisors was the getting message

This is BEYOND ANNOYING! When do these calls stop?! Recorded call from "Jennifer" stating that "your student loans have been flagged for eligibility for lowering of interest rates" or some crap like that. These companies have no morals or scruples. I've never even had a student loan!  They are calling my business line and interrupting my day. Enough!!

100% illegal robo call for "jennifer from the national student loan help center". 100% against DNC list, pre-recorded without any opt-out mechanism.

Same here. Just got the same call on my cell.  I didn't answer, since I googled the number and saw you all had the same issue.  I thought cells were off limits?  Oh well.

Call just came through on my cellphone. Googled the # to see what it was. Another junk call. Sigh...

Got call at 9:30 this morning. Didn't answer. No message. Thanks to all who take the time to post. Helps me know what #s to block.

Said they could reduce my student loans in the "new student loan forgiveness program", I hung up.

Didn't answer, unknown number, didn't leave message.

Rang my cell. Not answerd. So. Annoying.

I received 2 calls from this number within minutes.  No VM left.  There are some state and government student loan forgiveness programs.  It ANNOYS me that my student loans or ANY access to my personal financial information may be in the ether.

i believe that cells are sadly not off-limits anymore :(
