This number just calls and calls and never leaves a message.  I am sure it is some type of marketing.  God I wish they would leave us alone.  We are on the National "Do Not Call" list and still we get these calls to our cell phone!

This number is calling my cell also. I don't have a "Target" account and I don't ever give out my cell number. grrrrrrrrr

I am getting the same call and it is not for me it for my sister and when there call it is a mean people on the phone and tell me that I need to give them a dam phone number right now and it is getting me so mad.

My sister don't not live with me and I can give a phone number if I don't know who is calling my house. I will not give you her phone number and do not call me anymore. I am on don't call list too.

Target Commercial Services, ask for someone I do not know. Inform them they have the wrong number. They continue to call. They, the moronic people who actually consider this a real job, don't even know the number they are calling. It is from a bank of numbers computer generated. They are like Cattle to Slaughter, waiting for the end, and getting paid crap if anything. They must feel so good about themselves, providing such a great disservice. Nothing like performing mindless calls to the wrong people all day. Push Cell Carriers to be responsible for number re-use.
Identify who is calling, inform them not to call, document and file complaints. Add numbers to DNC Lists.

keeps calling me throu out the day on my cell, which i do not answer since i am not familiar with this number.

I have received at least 10 calls from this number when I answers they hang up and it getting anoining

2nd call was at 7am on a Saturday. Has been calling every hour since. Worse than a snooze button. They never leave a message. I screen numbers I dont know so I wont pick it up.

This number is from Target. They had my number as a back up number to my dead beat EX brother-in-law. He gave it to them when he got his card. GREAT!!!  I told them I haven't seen him, nor spoken to him for over 3 years. I also told them to take my phone number off his account, the nimrod who I spoke with, said only he can take off the number!! I called my EX and told him to tell his bro to get my number off ASAP, or I was going to name him as the cause of harrasment calls.

As I tracked this 952-852-0003 used to be WaMu Chase now has all old WaMu, Washington Mutual.

Ihave an account with target and am current on my account but these people keep calling me,I 'm sick of it they have no reason to call me if my bill is paid I think it's a scam. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!

Target National Bank. They keep calling with "an important business matter" and a different x number and different caller each time.

They are calling a business which has no accounts with them nor any other type of business relationship. This is just the latest number they call from, and all are abandoned calls so I don't know who they are trying to reach. Other numbers they have called from, with the names displayed on the Caller ID, are:

I wonder if Target sold my phone number to a third party?

I called Target debit card services and was informed that 952-852-0003 had no connection to Target Corporation.  I'm reporting the calls to the Federal Communications Commission.  If it persists, I'll report it to the FBI.

This number and the people behind are still around trying to upset and [***] people. I've been getting phone calls from it for the past few days.
