Left no voicemail message.

The vague CID alone is a tip off that this is a robocaller = spammer = telemarketer.

They called and didn't leave a message.

I called the number 952-994-2720 and call went to voicemail on first ring said this is Ruth voicemail leave a message then said, mail box is full. The area code is for Minnesota, I live in Ohio.

Called at 8:47am on a Monday. I didn't answer as I never answer numbers I don't recognize.  They left no message.

Random call, no message. Think a telemarketer is spoofing this number.

Received call on my cell - didn't pick up and no message left.

Ever since I got Verizon FIOS, I have been getting hammered with these types of calls; Verizon misspelled my name on the account which is how I know they are selling my info. Besides these calls, I am also getting 10X's my normal junk mail. Verizon is the biggest violator of the worthless “Do not Call List”.

1.  The Do Not Call list is not worthless ... your understanding of it is severely flawed.  The DNC List works as intended ... stops or reduces calls from LEGITIMATE, registered telemarketers.

2.  Verizon probably did not sell your information.  They got hacked.

I received a call from this number back in May 2015.  The woman spoke with an Indian accent, and she told me I was eligible for an interest rate reduction for a limited time only due to my excellent payment history.  She said she was with "account services".  That sounds like a department within a company, so I kept pressing her for the actual name of the company that she is currently representing.  She couldn‘t give me a straight answer.  I told her never call me again.  Now is September 2015, and I just called back that number.  Voicemail picked up, saying "If you know me, please leave a message.  If you don‘t know me, please don‘t leave a message because my number was spoofed."
