Once They get your Credit Card number they send bunches of the product
and charge your card and give NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I got the same thing! i order a sample, and a month later they charged me 2 times for a product that i never asked for... Monkeys for sure... No customer service, im right now on the phone line and im waiting 20 minutes already and no one pick the phone and also hold music is so stupied, can even understand what the are saying...

It seems y0u have the same problem as I do. Apparently, the customer service number (954/23 7/2690) is based in India and give poor customer service. I had to go through the website and leave a message for them to return my call on the contact us forum. When they called me back, I missed the call but was left with a different number to reach a live person. So far I have 3 different numbers you can reach someone at. 954/237/2691, 954/894/3665, 954/894/3445. I hope this is helpful.

I called the 954-894-3445 number and spoke to a live person and was able to "cancel" my subscription.  I hope it works!  Thanks for doing the "leg" work on this...spent 30 minutes on hold with the original #.

I tried all the numbers above and they were all disconnected. I then tried the phone number that was on my credit card bill. 954-237-2690. It only took me two tries and I got through to a human. I do think he was in India but he assured me my account was de-activated. I sure hope so because he had no confirmation number or anything. I'll never do one of those trial things again!

I just called the 954-894-3445 # and got through to a human being and got my account cancelled along with assurance that my card would not be charged anything additional.  I recommend asking for a confirmation number though, as they do not offer that up!

After sticking through 2 hours of waiting, getting disconected, leaving messages, I got these helpful # from you I called and was able to talk to a real live person!!  I also disputed this company on my credit card!!  Unfortunatly The credit card said that each charge I have to dispute!!  What a headache, and I didn't even get any product at all!!

I am so glad I decided to search the web for complaints about this product.  Thank you everyone for your feedback and keeping me from experiencing your pain.

Called over the course of 3 weeks for a full refund and was given the run around by "John Smith" which I don't care where they are from but come on JOHN SMITH .... These idiots are lacking in their service and ethics PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from these fools. I  do want a full refund for a product I didn't get and it has been several weeks waiting to see the charges reversed which has not happened yet

Same thing happened to me. Not only was I charged the $6.95 for shipping for the free trial, but a week later I was charged $89.95 for, I am assuming, more of the same product that I never ordered. I had to cancel my debit card and am waiting to hear on the dispute I made for this charge. What a nightmare!

I got the same thing and they are saying that you can not speak to their supervisor and it is always the same guy. I have had no luck in getting my money back has anyone had any such luck??? please help

I wish I had read more before ordering this.  I'm trying to cancel my subscription and have yet to reach anyone.  I'm going to go up to my bank and let them know what is happening and close my account.  This is ridiculous and complete nightmare.

I just called 954-237-2691...I had called that several times first, pressing 1 to speak to the Executive Response team.  Left several messages, no response.  So I called the same number back, only this time pressing 2 for "placing an order"...OF COURSE they answer that line - I told them I wanted to cancel my home delivery subscription and she told me they did.  I am going to be watching my account to make sure it does not get charge.

I did smae thing. I ordered for one trial and I found out they chardged for two products. I called several times to ask what is going on and tried to cancel, but they (probably from India) were very unkind and even kept saying just send them back... Even it was hard to understand their English. I am getting crazy because of this company.

when you called the 954-894-3445 number did you have to put in a ext number to talk to a live person or did someone just pick up the phone. im trying to cancle my "subscription" (that i never agreed to) and i talked to one man already who said that he couldnt do anything and they keep charging me and im currently unemployeed and dont have the money or time or patence for the crap.

They are located in the fort lauderdale, go to main site (naturalsourcestore.com) and request information as distributor opportunities. You need good bait to catch the big fish.

Call your credit card company they will help you to sort this out.

I have had something ordered on my card as well. I had not even completed an order. My credit card company called me to alert me that I have charges coming to my card that are very unusual.  I went over the charges with the bank rep and got that account canceled.
Since I canceled that account I have received several calls from other companies, to verify an order and the E~Mail they give me as the ordering person is certainly not mine!
This is a scam for sure.

Same thing....called several times, poor recording, couldn't really hear anything - so I just pressed #2 - got a live person (didn't sound Indian at all) and cancelled quickly...I'm just hoping there aren't other hidden "sign-ups" that I'll have to track down later to argue with on my credit card statement!!
