This is a scam in which they portray themselves as the Department of Treasury and claim to be wanting to assist you before prosecution begins. Unfortunately for them I'm in law enforcement and intend on making sure this passes over the right desks. Do not give them any personal information whatsoever.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I wish not to leave my name but I too receive this call... they call ever hour on the hour for 3 weeks. They told me there is a an allegation from the US Treasury and they threated us to call them and settled this before action through   our local magistrate.  I guess I am gonna have some fun later  with this one....

I received 5 calls from this number. The man could barley speak English!  It's fake!

They have changed their number....It nows uses a california number 661 -475-2716...If you call thr old 954 number it talks about buying Magic Jack voice over I.P service..When I call the 661 number it constantly is breaking up and I can barely hear what they are saying..Sounds like they are from middle eastern decent. ..South Florida is a hotbed for overnight call center scams....I believe they are still in Florida but trying to make it seem they are in California now due to reports about them..The I.R.S. advises they will not call you and leave messages about prosecution which is illegal to discuss a debt of any kind on a mesaage..I.R.S., credit card, etc due to privacy laws....Make sure yo send this number also...Sadly they will get a new number again.
