Misrepresented themselves as a pre-litigation company(??) but would not give a company name, reverse directory says call goes back to Asset Management . Tried to get us to pay for an online loan that we did not have. Local Sheriff's Department called it a scam...

received a phone call from 1-800-895-0988 stating that I owed money for a pay day loan 3 years ago, she said she was a paralegal and her name was Kelly Levine  she gave me her personal number as 1-954-317-1754 she further stated  that if I don't pay it will go to court  I called my bank, they are monitoring my acct I am reporting to the nc attorney general office and federal trade commission

Received call from "Jen Smith". Requested that me or my attorney contact "them" in reference to "several pending matters attached to my name and social." Stated that they will be "verifying with my current address or place of employment."

These people are really getting on my nerves!! Something really needs to be about these people being allowed to continually harass us!! But who do we talk to? The Attorney General's office was really no help! They told me there  are lots of outstanding charges pending against me attached with my Social Security number. I need to have my attorney contact them immediately. SCAM!!!!!!!

I received a similar phone call, I just blocked the number from calling me. Telling me that there is pending charges from a payday loan I received 4 years ago. Nice try, because I never had a payday loan in my life. These people are really getting on my nerves.

Got a call from this company they left a message on my phone telling me this was a very important call and I needed to call them back.  No name or company name was left. I pulled the info from caller ID and called them back the person answered quickly, but I couldn't understand what they said so I asked who they were and they hung up on me.  I have blocked this number.
