I got one saying I owe money and need to pay now. Problem was they did not have all their facts right. Feels like Fraud

Female left a message that I need to call them back and reference a certain docket number. Originally they called from a blocked number. So, I called her back and blocked my number. Then she got mad because I wanted the name of her company. She said she didn't have to tell me anything since I was calling from a blocked number. I told her that was exactly how I felt when they initially called me. No way am I going to pay them anything.

Ditto to everything above. They have called practically every family member and boyfriend's mother. Calling at 5:30-6am in morning

Did they refer to a payday loan?

She calls and whn I call back blocked she gets a attitude n hangs up.....spam and I did file harassment on then

This is a SCAM  To make  you believe you owe money when you dont.  I checked my credit report  Its is not true  I called back There  is no company  name on the voicemail or  anything.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.  I have contacted the FTC and  the FBI to report this number.

This person claimed that I took out a loan while I was on unemployment then asked me to send them a copy off my statement how they got access to my account number but not my routing number is beyond me. But then this is where it was even more bs. She claims that I used my sister who at the time was only 16 years of age for a reference. In order for a pay day loan to use references each person must be employed and be 21 years of age. I never took out a loan until this year so that's how else I knew it was false. They then tried to say they are from a debt collector trying to collect a debt. I look up my credit report and even that supposed debt isn't in my name. They used the name of a company AMSG which anyone who follows Nasdaq knows they are a stock corporation. Why would a Fortune 500 shareholding company be in debt collections. Debt collectors are of credit bearus.

They called and left a message for me but I can assure everyone here that this is a scam and they do all this stuff to scare people. Simply block their # if you have a cell phone so they can no longer bother you. Don't even give them the gratification of wasting any of your time

I keep getting calls asking for Audy McNeely ( not sire spelling of name is accurate since I do not know this person)... I keep telling them I don't know him or her. They say they will remove my number from the system but NEVER do !!  Connection was horrible and it appears to be from somewhere in Florida or at least thats what it shows on phone... Very annoying company... Sure hope they remove my number from system because I think the numbers show from several different locations,  but they are always looking for same person and the company never identifies its self !  Seems shady

they call from 914-288-5070 also.  I told them to send everything in wiritng he said no, that I HAD to listen to him and would continue to call my work, which he did 20 times...IN A ROW

Probably a scammer.

Someone named Robert keeps calling my work multiple times a day and keeps harassing people. Tried calling back and there's no  name of a company or a professional voicemail even.. Complete BS!!!

I've been getting these kinds of calls for YEARS from different caller IDs, which are probably spoofed.  They leave messages that it is very important that I call them back.  Sometimes, they say they will serve papers on me at home or work.  I never answer the phone.  I never call back.  They never serve papers.  I wish they would, because then I would sue them, because I assume they are attempting to collect old debts that have been discharged through bankruptcy or paid off, since I have no collectible debts against me, so they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL and DO NOT CALL BACK.  Do not confirm or give them any information.  Do not acknowledge any debt to them, because it is possible to reaffirm a debt that was not legally collectible and make it legitimate.  Many of these people are calling from outside of the USA, using spoofed caller IDs to make them appear local.  Don't fall for their scare tactics.

My family members and have been receiving frequent phone calls from this and other numbers out of state to discuss a "legal matter". They are calling from AMSG. I have reported them to the Attorney General, FBI, etc. Today alone they called my sister, my aunt, and myself a total of 9 times.

This is complete and total harassment. I answered the phone once and the guy told me I was just a lazy military spouse and that he knew my type, and I needed to pay my bills. So disrespectful. These people are going down.I have several people working with me to report them.
