I purchased a vacation package that included a cruise to the bahamas a stay in ft lauderdale, orlando, williamsburgh virginia, and hotel stay in Las vegas, and hotel stay in mexico ALL for $798. The catch was that you had to provide your own transportation. I live in Florida so I thought a trip to orland and a cruise to the bahamas would be worth it. This was a telemarketer who sold the package to me as a random phone call. Im an emergency services worker and I explained that I would not purchese the package because 18 months was too short to utilize all that was being offered. The salesperson had me wait for a supervisior and she extended the vacation to 36 months and waived the additional fee so at this point I agreed to purchased the package. About 8 months later I began receiving phone calls that my package was soon to expire, so I explained several different times to different people what was offered when I purchased the package. More than six or seven times they assured me that the account was updated with the free extension. 17 months passed and I began receiving the same phone calls all over again. I felt like they could not be trusted so I paid an additional $80 something for the original 18month extension. 19 months have passed and I continued receiving phone calls that the origional vacation package has expired and then the a**holes hang up on me when I explain that I have credit card purchases that reflect the amount for the 18 month extension. This business is a JOKE. When they dont want to talk to you they put you on hold for up to 45 minutes to an hour and a half and then they hang up on you all over again. I dont want the vacation package. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!! These people are so RUDE. They have NO IDEA what customer service is. Im looking into an attorney and the Better Business Bureau. If anyone has any advise pleas post it. My FAMILY would Greatly Appreciate It. Thank You.

I get calls all day long daily from this number.  They will not leave a message and when I try to call back or when I answer, it is either busy or they hang up.

I do not answer this call, but it's very annoying to get calls from them every day. Ramada Plaza Vacation Resorts is a scam.  
My friend unfortunately purchased vacation package from Ramada Plaza Vacation Resorts, she told me the upsetting experience.  She was unable to use the package, it expired.  She thought she’ll take it as a lost.  Ramada called and told her, she still “owe” money to the package (they said the pre-paid amount is only used to reserve the spot) Ramada Plaza Vacation Resort insists my friend to pay the final amount.  My friend hung up the phone and check the paper copy of the vacation package, there is no written statement regarding that additional cost.

If this number is accurate and not phished it's from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  If as previous people have mentioned its Ramada Plaza Resorts then its probably the same scum "RPG Ramada" that was taking people for years.  My advice would be to contact The State of Florida investigator and fill out a complaint to protect others.

Never give these low life scum any information, just hang up and call the authorities.

We receive 2-3 phone calls a day for the past month. My husband finally talked to the salesman who proceeded to call my husband a f.... jerk and hung up on him. My husband called back and a supervisor hung up on him. He called again and the supervisor said sales rep was fired. Pretty positive the rep wasn't fired as I have checked on the internet and it seems this is how they do business. If you know how to file a complaint that will actually get you somewhere I'd love to know. Tried emailing Ramada Plaza Resorts and the email would not go thru.

Got a few calls from 954-351-0087. Had a man explain me how this vacation package would be nice and wonderful. THen he sent me to go on the internet to www.nassauparadiseisland.com and I asked him to spell the web address properly. He told me very rudely that I should know how to spell and got frustrated at me. Nice eh?

Further in the call, I told him I had found a website called ripoffreports.com and he got pissed off, thought I was screwing around with him, told me I was being a clown with him, yada yada yada. Very insulting!

Got transfered to the Promotions Manager at Ramada FLA. Go the same speech about the vacation, then they asked for a credit card because I needed to register for this right now. I told them I couldnt just give out my numbers, and the lady (Maureen) said: "Well Sir, we'll pass this on to someone, this isnt for you"

Go screw yourselves RAMADA!

Have been recieving phone calls from this number for 5 days now and 2-3 per day. I am just tired of getting these phone calls.

so this resort place seid we won a free trip to nassa all we have to do it get to florida and then they asked for my CC number and such i think its  a scam

Received another of these calls today...how do we block them from our cell phones?

I keep receiving calls from this number almost daily. I am on the do not call list. I answered the first call and the person just hung up. I don't answer these calls anymore. My family recently got scammed by the free Bahamas / Florida vacation trip that ended up costing about $1,000 plus airfare. We were given bottom of the barrel accommodations that we had to upgrade. We were also given a free trip to Las Vegas and another free island cruise. After coming back from the first trip, I couldn't cancel the next two trips fast enough!!! You certainly get what you pay for. You also have attend telemarketing timeshares sales pitches for 4 hours. I already own a wonderful timeshare via a reputable company...I thought that the initial trip was arranged by my vacation resort. So, buyer, beware!!!

I GET SEVERAL CALLS A DAY FROM THIS NUMBER - CALLER ID SAYS THE COMPANY IS BESM.  WHEN I DO ANSWER THERE IS NO ONE THERE AND WHEN I DON'T ANSWER THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE - THIS IS VERY ANNOYING

These people call me almost everyday.  After about 5 weeks, someone actually spoke on the other end.  I asked him to remove my name from the list and stop calling me.  He said, "Absolutely not.  We will continue to call you and we will not stop."

These calls are coming in on my cell phone.  I just dont answer them. They also leave voice mails. It is annoying.
