you are right officer sam watson is not a scam .. - Stop calling me| 4 repliesI also received several phone calls at my work number from this person Officer Watson. It IS a scam. They have your personal information that they pull from the internet when you take out a payday loan and then they call you and make up a company name and try to get you to pay thousands of dollars and if you don't pay they threaten that you will go to jail and lose your job. This has happened to me several times this year. It's all a scam. If it's so real then why won't they mail you a letter in the mail, they have your address too when they call you. That is what I tell them, mail me a letter to prove it, then I never hear from that particular person again but a few months later some other IDIOT gets your information and tries to scam you. Just ignore them. If you're in trouble over something you'll know before they do!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know who are you, you have written that some officer name sam watson given you call and he asked for legal matter, you think he scam so why u are not asking your attorney to give a call to sam watson if he is redye to give information to your attorney.. i think your scam not officer sam watson !!!!!! - LianneJust because someone is willing to talk to your attorney, doesn't mean that it is legal or correct. I have spoken with both the Attorney General of the State of Nevada and the FBI. This is fraud of the highest level. If you do not owe any money to any payday companies. Do not return these calls or waste your time. If however, you do owe money to a payday loan company, do the right thing and contact them and make arrangements to pay your debt. If you borrowed the money, then you owe the money. You don't however, owe the money to this fictitious firm. You can call them back and let them know that you have turned over their name, phone number, and officer name to your state's attorney general and do open a case with the FBI. If they get enough of them, maybe then something can be done.

Because that's part of the scam to make it appear more legitimate. None of these scammers *really* want to talk to an attorney. Also, many people don't have an attorney. And even if they do, they might think it is cheaper to pay off the scammer than to use the services of an attorney, because charges for an attorney can be expensive. - Elspeth replies to into-the-mysticAlthough this thread is old - from 2010, it's interesting to note the pattern of shills for the scam posting "positive" reviews. Not that anyone would take them seriously - their English language skills are seriously lacking.
