Philip called and said he needed to speak with a foreclosure attorney, really made it sound like he was calling for his personal matter.  However, I heard call center type noises in the background and it was an area code not for our area.  Googled the number, sure enough it was another marketing firm trying to scam their way to talk to the attorney and WASTE HIS TIME!!  Nice try! Throwing out that message.

This man called saying he was Phillip Crawford and that he knew a lady who injured her ankle after showering at Bally's. He refused to tell me how he knew this person or where she lived. He says He was insisting only on speaking with a managing attorney. I looked up his information because I could hear a call center in the background. This is a marketing call. This marketing rep has poor ethics if he is willing to pretend an injury has occurred as a ploy to sell something.
Very disappointed!

Peter Crowford called my office twice regarding auto accident vicitms who were rear ended at red light. He said a small child was injured and also a woman suffered broken bones. He refused to give the victim name and makes you feel sorry for this imaginary person. I screen all calls before passing the call on to an attorney. I will not accept a call from Peter Crowford again.

Just got a call from a Dominic Andreula re: a "potential auto accident injury claim".  We don't handle those.  I also heard call center noise in the background. That coupled with the area code not being in our area had me google the number.

Just got a call from this number and the woman on the line asked to speak with Phillip. I told her we don't have a Phillip at the office and she very rudely asked "Well what your attorney's names then??". I told her we have only have one attorney named Mr. Phillips. She snaps "So it's Phillip then, let me speak with him." Put her on hold for a few minutes and then told her he wasn't available. She said "Whatever" and hung up.

Seriously? You're going to dumb AND rude and expect to talk to the attorney?

This woman named Gigi has called many times asking to speak to my attorney.  She says she knows of a trucking accident.  Call center noise in background.  I asked if she was personally injured.  No.  Was it a friend of hers?  No.  She said she was calling from U.S. Attorneys, an attorney referral source.  No info on web about them.  

Gigi called our office as well and asked to speak with the Attorney regarding a nursing home matter. Could hear call center noise in the background.

Got a call from this number. We are not an attorney's office or anything even related to that field but the caller insisted we were, lol. Could tell immediately by call center noise in the background that this was some sort of telemarketer call and hung up.

Yep, rude and tricky. Like everyone else, I could tell it's a telemarketer. After 11 years, there's not much that gets past this receptionist! :)

Keep receiving calls from this phone number.  First time they said they were calling regarding 3 "cases in our area."  Next they said that they are calling regarding "a nursing home matter."  Person's name was Myra.  Definitely a telemarketer.

Myra Avin called from this number and wanted to speak to an attorney about "a new potential client for a truck accident case."  I heard the call center noises, and questioned her about the case and about what company she is calling from, and she didn't want to give me any details.  This is just somebody wanting to waste our attorneys time.  

I received a voicemail from Myra on Tue 12/23/2014 8:29 AM(954-357-0962) asking for Senior Partner (by first name only) to call her back concerning a personal injury case.  I called back twice and left msgs and 3rd time without leaving one. The first 2 times I called the voicemail greeting sounded like a personal line as she stated something along the lines of this is "Myra leave a msg and I'll call you back".  After googling the number and finding these reports, I called a 3rd time to report here the exact words of the greeting and found the message to have been changed within an hour of my last call.  The msg now says "You've reached GMI/GNI???"  From reading these reports I figure this is likely one of those companies that try to sell personal injury leads which I view as unethical as we know not these organizations standards concerning soliciting injured people. Whatever is going on I'd venture to say it is not on the up & up and have advised my staff to  beware.
