My caller ID shows that the call is coming from United Healthcare, but they have been calling 2 or 3 times every day for several months now, and never leave a message.  And I don't intend to answer the calls, either, because they are unsolicited and I have no use for what they sell.

after calling me for days, twice a day n then calling me three times within 2 minutes I called. It's some kind of scam. They wouldn't tell me anything. Said that I could talk to the broker that I purchased the insurance from. I asked the company n he would not disclose but pushy. Finally, I realized that I have no insurance broker bc I only have Medicare!!
SCAM!! PUSHY!! RUDE!

Just for the heck of it, I called the number back.  All I got was a message that said, "No one is available to take your call at the moment.  Good-bye."  So if this IS really United Healthcare, I'm sure the voice on the other end would state as much and tell me the usual shpiel about "your call is important to us.  All our representatives are currently helping other callers" etc., or if the office is closed, the message would request for me to call back during normal business hours of blah blah days and hours, but I didn't get that.  NOT really UHC.  Just harassment calls!!  Grrrrrrrr!!!

Strictly speaking, it doesn't say "United Healthcare", it says "UNITEDHLTH"... which I doubt is what the real UHC's caller ID says.

Called trying to sign me up for health coverage. I asked whom the caller was calling on behalf of and he couldn't give me a straight answer. This is probably a scam of some sort.

As previous people have commented, my caller ID says "UNITEDHLTH", which should not be confused with United Healthcare.  They call 2 or 3 times every day.  I've answered the call a few times, and it's always "Steve".  Suspecting it's a robotic call, I asked him who he wanted to talk to.  Robot said, "Am I speaking to the right person?"  I told the robot that I know it's a robot.  It said, "No no no no, I assure you, I'm a real person.  I just using recorded voice."  I added the number to my call blocker.  Gee, I'm gonna miss Steve!

I answered the call last night. Asked me if I was under 65, I think, and if my insurance was through Medicare or Medicaid. When I said it was for the kids, the man said he would take me off the list and hung up. I got a very uncomfortable feeling at that point, that this wasn't on the up and up.

The number 957-361-9810 coming out of Fort Lauderdale, FL and they said they were doing the opening enrollment for the Insurance.  I told them that I was not interested and to put my number on the do not call list.

I did not answer but they left a message saying enrollment time was almost here and needed to discuss options for insurance. Saying to call him back and gave me all his work days and hours. I also an uncomfortable with these kinds of calls!

Same situation as noted on this page; return call no one answers, callers calls everyday around the same time. Most likely a robot call.....stinks

Caller didn't give his name and didn't call me by name nor clarify who he was speaking with. Claimed to be with Assurant Health. When I told him that I already have health coverage that was NOT with Assurant, he said I could speak with my "licenced insurance agent" that supposedly had my application. SCAM

The caller called himself Steve and said that my insurance was cancelled and the agents are waiting to help me!! I asked why the insurance was cancelled and he said because of confidentiality he could not specify! Bogus calls fishing for information. I blocked the caller! This is a SCAM!

Said they were assurant health and it was time to re- inroll. I said stop calling me. You sound like a robot and this is a scam. He wouldn't give me info and wanted me to give mine.

Call every day  2 or 3 times never say anything, just hang up
