Called twice this morning, picked up, dead silence

Robocall. It waits for you to answer and then, "This is a very important message to all seniors...blah blah blah."

Appears as "Name unavailable" on caller ID.

The name of the company is Global Response in Margate Florida.
Global Response also has an office in Marquette, Michigan, as well as Iron River, Michigan.
It's an answering service call center.

I am not sure if they were soliciting business or recuiting when they called.

The caller was asking for a past due bill from FPL at an address never lived before.  Would like for me to give a credit card for payment.  I knew this was scam never lived at that address did notify FPL they have had reports of this going around.

My phone ID showed Gobal Response with no. of 954-368-1445. It rang 4 times and then hung up before answering machine went on. I do not answer calls that I do not know. These type of phony calls have
been getting worse lately.

I called Global Response and this is NOT coming from them. It is a robomessage. If you try to call the # it is always busy.
Global response is a call center inbound only.

I got a call from 954-368-1445 at 8:28 pm May 18, 2015.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  This was unusually late for a telemarketer to call me.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," which usually means a telemarketer.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.  I hope my Telezapper removed my number from their calling list.

Gentleman called from this number claiming to be with Social Security off but calling from a local number. The caller ID showed Global Response - when I asked why he wasn't  calling from Washington he stated he was working remotely.
He was call about a SS raise and wanted to verify it with my 90yr old mother. I hung up abruptly.

A**holes just called at 8:30 PM... Didn't leave a message. #blockednumber #uverse

Unknown # so did not answer ! Never will . CID said Out Of Area . No message left . Thanks for the posts - seems to be a scam operation !!!!

Rings phone doesn't leave a message. Caller ID indicates, "Unknown Name."

Same unknown caller as others have said.  I live in area 954...not a valid number.

I got my third call from 954-368-1445 on May 16, 2016 at 9:42 am.  I answered and listened to a recorded message for seniors about buying insurance to cover funeral expenses.  The caller's name was not given in the message.  At the end of the message I pressed 2 to be removed.  We'll see if that works.  My caller ID said, "Out of area."  I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.  I will report this call on donotcall.gov.

Called my home phone and I googled this while ringing and saw this so did not answer.

This call comes in too often.  I've put it on my blocked list.  These calls are very annoying..is there anyway to make it stop?
