I get calls from this number 6 times a day.  They say I am entitled to compensation for a hip replacement or some other surgeries.  I have asked them every time to stop calling me.  One man said he would take my name off the list but they still call.  I don't know how to stop them from calling me.

I have received 4 calls today from the same number.

2nd call from them today. I am on DO NOT CALL.How are they getting through?

I have received several calls from this and other unknown numbers in the last week. Offerings include help with "pesky payday loans" School loans, and other loans. I have asked every caller (that I answered) to remove my name from their list. Most callers speak very little English and have very bad connections. They are calling from what sounds like a very crowded room.

I just got a call from this number today...shortly after I applied for Obamacare.
I hope this isn't the start a of something...

I too have been getting these calls from this number, they started shortly after I signed up for o'bummer care.

Well Debra,  it has been explained at least a thousand times before by other members on this board,  but i will try once again.   Unless your caller is  "Registered with the FTC"  as a Legitimate Telemarketing company,  the DNC will not apply.  The DNC was created and sole existence is to allow people to sign up not to be called by those companies.
It is simply a " list".  It has no man/woman power or  capabilities to monitor or block any calls.  It does not apply to all unwanted callers.   Unless your caller IS Registered with the FTC,  where it is required to Purchase and maintin the No Call List MONTHLY,   and during the call attempts to sell you goods or services.   The DNC does not apply or address the issue.  It was not intended to do that.....other government agencies address those issues.

I have a missed call from this number too.  I did not answer when I did not recognize the number. Just wondering why I got this call as well as one from 4022053017 today as well.

I received a call from this number asking if I had surgery. NOPE! I have not had any surgery. Oh and whoever on here thinks they are getting these calls because they signed up for the Affordable Care Act are morons. Why don't you do some research before instantly believing the lie?

I got two calls from this number asking if I had transvaginal mesh implant.  First of all, I'm offended by some unknown foreign sounding male asking personal health questions.  Second, I'm intelligent enough that if I did have something like this and had problems, I don't need some unknown foreigner to help me get compensation.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number today. yesterday it was 949-743-0156 all day long.

The last 3 days they have called 5 times a day! Something about a hip replacement compensation.... Of which I've never had!!!  I asked them to remove me from their call list several times. Today the man on the phone said "ok, I'll refer you to my management team and they will call you back to remove you" I said "no, just stop calling!" He said "I will have someone call you back to remove you, it is the only way" UGH! REALLY?

I have been receiving several calls daily for the past few weeks.

The call wasn't for a hip replacement but for solar panels for my house.
