collection agency

This number belongs to B of A collection.  They also call from the 216 #.  Do not give out info!  They have everything you could imagine.  They purchas your accts. at less then what you owe and then charge you to get more!  Read the rights you have about collection agencies before you agree to anything  I wish I did.

1-954-473-7001. They have called my cellphone 8 times in the last two days. Never a message. I never answer.

This # has been calling my office everyday 2 and 3 times a day and when i answer they hangup on me.

This # calls my cell phone. I have had another # do the same thing and my solution is to program the number into my address book with the ID: DO NOT ANSWER, and program the ringtone ID to silent. That way they can call all they want and I'll never answer the phone or have to hear it ring. It seemed to work on the other number that was calling.

They call me every half hour.  I don't answer because money's been tight recently, so I know I can't negotiate a payment right now.  They never leave a message.  I know it's legal to call in order to request collection on an account, but isn't it illegal to use the phone as an harrassment tool? I thought I read that somewhere. . . I wonder how you could prove that in court and how you can take action against companies who violate that law.

Relentless.  Home, cell, all day, all evening.  Creepy.

They called me at 9:41 am on Saturday at my work number. They did not leave a message

They called, said i had not made a payment, wanted to set up a schedule... but i know my bills well. I HAD made payments, they are NOT A LEGITIMATE BOA CALLER.  DO not give them any info! Call BOA Directly, to work with your account!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!

I have paid on my acct and they keep calling me.
I requested they stopped when they called me in the middle of the work day.

They call all the time if you dont have money where do they think the money is going to come from, do they want us to rob the bank???

They call up to 10 times a day at all hours of the day and night. Stop it.

They are unrelenting, they call, call, and then call somemore.  They never leave a message and I am glad they don't but I know I owe and I am trying to set up a payment plan, but I can do this on my own.

call starting at 8 or 9 am and keep calling till 10pm.

This number keeps calling my home and cell. I do not owe any money to anyone other than my mortgage and car. Who ARE these people??

They call my cell phone and my house phone but I have programmed all my phones to silent ring or I have added them to my block list.

ALL DAY, ALL EVENING...THEY CALL AND CALL AND CALL.  I HATE B OF A AND CAN'T WAIT TO GET RID OF THEM AS MY CAR FINANCER!!!!!!!!!!

These people are very funny...
They will call you. And if you pick up they will put YOU on hold. I was on hold for 10 min.
automated voice saying "thanks for your patience a customer asistant will be with you shortly" every 30 seconds this happend
So... I hung up and called them. Knowing full well why they called me b/c im settling with B of A right now. And this guy comes on the line and says it is an automated dialer since you are settling with us and its not completed you will get these calls at all hours of day and night. So just ignore the call ok? Ok have a nice day.

Calls are most likely from Encore who collects for B of A. I've made payment arrg. in Dec, Jan and Feb. They keep calling. I called 954-473-7001 and BofA answered. I told her the whole story and she wanted to transfer me to Encore. Got disconnected. Decided to call Encore @ 866-843-5013 and got, "well they shouldn't be calling" Well no

yewande, from bank of america called this morning asking our name and our address in order "to verify things".  when questioned further, she hesistated and said that she may have called us in error.
