They called me and did not leave message.  When I called them to see who they were, she would not tell me.  They are Card Services, she would not tell me what type of service they are.  She wanted me to give her my telephone number, home address and my full name.  I quickly hung up on her.
Anyone who calls me and cannot explain what their company does, is getting an immediate hang up from me.

I just googled the same number-and this site came up. We just got a missed call from that number on a cell phone last night at 9 p.m.

I first got a call from this number at work, my co-worker said the caller was looking for me. I answer it and it was from Bank Of America credit card that I have. Now, this number appears on my work caller ID all the time and they just hang up. They keep harassing us here at work.

this number called 2 times in less then 6 mins. all it said on caller id is card services

I got a call from these guys today - I wonder if it's a new number for a financial collection agency. Sounds like their normal approach to calls.  I can tell them any number of times that they're ringing the wrong number and their debtor's cell no. has been reassigned to someone new, they still ring back...

I just got a call from this number, and they asked for someone who had my phone number before me. It's been over a year since I've had this phone number and it was only recently that I finally stopped getting this guy's text messages.

So, I called back the 877-733-5734 callback phone number that the gentleman left on my VM. A man answered the phone as Card Services. I explained to him that the person they were trying to reach no longer had this phone number, and that I had this number for well over a year. So he looked up my phone number and told me he was unable to find the account linked. He later told me he was with Bank of America. I don't know why my phone number was dialed if they couldn't find a record of it in their system.

Or they will still call, even after the debt is current. Don't bother trying to get any information from the people who call. They will either lie or refuse to divulge who they are in clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are NOT Bank of America employees!

I was on cell phone talking with Bank of America when they had called me using their 814-234-7699 number. While I was on the phone with them they called me from the 954 number above.  Sounds like a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Go figure!!!

This is a Bank Of America call center manager calling from their personal work number. The number does not work when you call back for security reason. Many times they are calling about overdue accounts affiliated with Bank Of America. Some may not know they are affiliated with Bank Of America because the company they were working with sold their account. If you would like more information or for them to stop calling, I recommend you call 1-800-325-5399. I for one felt lower than dirt making those calls so early and hearing i am the 10th person to make that call. Unless you call in and say I want to speak to a supervisor they are trained not to send your call to a hire manager. But please do not be disrespectful to those who call, as we do not know who we are calling. The computer automatically connects us AFTER you have answered the phone.

Unfortunately they are Bank Of America, and if some employees are not giving information requested after you have verified who you are then I would take that up with any legal official. I would advise you make sure all of your services ( including mortgages and such) are cleared or that can get you in a lot of trouble in the future. I recently left my job there and they are very slick with the way they get around the Act.
