Just got this text to my phone also...I guess the "Do Not Call" List doesn't apply to text messages

You can report this text spam to the FCC under the Can Spam Act

This call came to my cell phone, and I don't readily give it out to anyone. I just deleted the call. I don't know of any person at this number

just got a second one, and reported it to the FCC.

Just got text message.  Would report to FCC, but a waste of time. Are there any psychos out there? Please do your thing on the people behind this.

got text message. the spammer offers to watch 4000 channels over internet for free. never gave them my number.i am going to report it to fcc.

Received this message after opening blockbuster app which came with an update on the Android. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Strange. Never received a message like this before until now. Anyone have netflix, blockbuster or any other type of tv application? Will be adding number to spam list on phone. Lets get this person shut down. Report to FTC!

Second the motion.  You would think that just by chance, once in a while, psycho's would do something useful.

The FCC has got to tighten up on this kind of texting to our cell phones.  Quite clearly, the NO NOT CALL REGISTRY does not work.
