I started getting calls today.  I had started filling out Mortgage info on www.lowermybills.com.  I stopped when they asked for my ss# and said to cancel.  Then all of a sudden I get calls with no message.  If you won't leave a message, don't expect an answer.

Same here for the calls. No messages left no point in me calling back. Thanks for the info now I know what I did to get this call. Has anyone talked with with them???

Made the same mistake as Richard.  I was playing around with some numbers on the "lowermybills" website.  When I turned the page and saw a blank for my SS#, I closed the browser.  Nevertheless, I've been getting SPAM and strange phone calls ever since -- about 1 hour after I closed the browser.  Someone has been calling from this number all day long; but won't leave a message.  It now makes perfect sense that it belongs to Nationwide.  Good grief.  Live and learn.

I received a call from Nationwide Financial Solutions (not to be confused with Nation Wide Insurance products).  Kerry was the rude thing that answered the phone.  I asked her why I continued to receive daily phone calls with no messages left.  She asked for my phone number and social security number.  I gave the phone number but wouldn't give her my SSN.

I advised I would not do business with her company, I was not in need of a loan modification nor a re-finance product.  She was very PUSHY.

I requested she immediately remove my information and further calls would be reported to my State's Attorney Generals Office.

She said "fine" and slammed down the phone.

I have been getting calls from this 954-510-4455 consistently during the day along with another phone number 603-214-3645. I finally have had it and called my phone service--which is through a cable line. I was able to dial *60 and put in a list of numbers that will be rejected. YEAH! I finally received some assistance. Now I just hope it works.

Like many of you I went to www.lowermybills.com and now this number is calling me.  Live and learn I guess.  I also closed out the browser and would not put in my SS#.

I have been getting calls also and they don't leave a message just call the same time every day. i'm at work cant answer the phone. I know they call you and you answer and hang up on them. Yeah they will still call you. Report them to bbb and the state attorney general.

I wanted to refinance my home to lower my interest so I went on the internet and gave out my cell# and other info. I received a phone call from this number but no message was left. HOW RUDE!

Got a call from this number about 8:30pm et but I didnt answer. They only let phone ring 2 times. They hung up and did not leave a message.

I did the same thing and quit when it ask for social security number and just started receiving calls this morning.

3-4 calls per day from this number to my cell phone.  Never leaves a message.  They got my info from LendingTree.com when I applied to re-fi my house.  Between the spam emails that began instantly (10-12 per day) and now phone calls, by giving out my info like this, LendingTree has lost all credibility.  Phone stalking is NOT a way to get business.

It all started when I returned from vacaction three months ago, and since then, it hasn't stopped. I don't know how, honestly, these people got my cell number. I've been constantly getting telemarketer/scammer calls on my cell, from this number included. I don't know who these people are. I've received heavy breathing in voicemails, among ridiculous scammer voicemails, too - by that I mean inarticulate people trying to sound professional in the voicemails they leave me. It's madness. They're looking for some man named "Bob" and I'm not him. At first I answered their calls and told them I am not this person and to stop calling. I don't know how many times I've told them to stop, and they won't. I don't know how they got my cell number, and never once did I apply for a loan or mortgage online or elsewhere. These phone calls are starting to scare me. I should mention that I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list. I'm ready to go to the police. These people harass and it needs to be stopped.

Same scenario as everyone else... last night I wouldn't provide my social and closed out of the LowerMyBills website.  Today, I am getting the calls with no voice messages.  Talk about annoying.  I won't make THAT mistake again with LowerMyBills.com or any other site for that matter.

www.lowermybills.com is a division of Experian (the credit bureau)as soon as you enter your phone number in the space, no matter if your cancel or not they send your phone number and info out to serveral of the credit assistance companies. I made the same mistake as many of the above had and got calls from Nationwide Financial Solutions, better scores.com and American Mutual Mortgage (Fake Company) all of them wanted my SS#
