Received a text saying to call this number. SCAM!

Got a text from 'bpvzupavegvkyf@vacaexchange.com' reading "You have an expenses paid vacation waiting. Call to claim it at 954_541_8108"

I got a text message from 954-541-8108 telling me that I w0n our contest. I tracked the number here.  Will not call it.

Received text from wsqpzokcfspb@gmail.com.  Message read "Your ticket vouchers are about to expire! Call 1(954)541.8108

You w0n our contest! Claim your rewards by calling 9545418108.

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it.

My concern is these new scams. Where you call a number from your cell phone and by calling you agree to be charged $9.?? monthly for a service which you never receive.

My kid keeps getting text messages. Number shows as 0000000000. Tells him to call this number to win a free cruise. Can someone shut these idiots down?

You can shut these and other unwanted texts down by forwarding them to 7726. They will be investigated and blocked by your cell provider.
