It is a rental unit.
I am writing a letter to the owner of the unit telling them that I will sue them for owning the property calling on my do not call list if it does not cease. They live on the same property:
ROMEIRO,TERESINHA & ROMEIRO,JOSE
12377 NW 10 DR CORAL SPRINGS FL 33071-7881
and a 1/3 interest is shared by MELLO,ANA L

DWEEZIL - 27 Mar 2008Coral Springs , which is in the Everglades,is just full of silly people who mostly can't afford their mortgages. It's a gated community with a low fence that most crooks just hop over.Lots of pretence and lots of trash. I'll drive by next time I'm over in the Everglades which is 20 miles west of me. heroshima - 5 Jul 2007954-575-8900 is a telemarketing firm for westgate management company, If you live in a apartment community like plantation meadows or preserves at coral square it could also be a update notice as they are also contracted to do that as well, I got a hold of them about a week ago and found this out. So it may have been an important call or a notice your rent was late and there kicking you to the curb..lol ok not funny but ehhh ..
