Called and know one was there

Experience the same problem numerous times and used Ray's suggestion to file a complaint.  Anyone reading this message board should take a few moments to go to
1. http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/General/Home.aspx,
2. go to the middle of the page to "file a complaint"
3. click on "Business"
4. click on "click here for a complaint form"
5. enter "HRI" for Name
6. it will then display two companies...click on anyone to fill in a complaint form

You'll receive an acknowledgement from the BBB.  I am still waiting for a resolution but I intent to file a complaint for every call that I receive.

Just rec'd a call from this number...didn't answer..no message.

I keep getting calls from them as well

They keep calling my 12 year old's cell phone as well as mine

Got a Call from this number.  Recording said I won a free vacation.  They announced themselves as "Sue from BMA".  I filed a complaint with the FTC but what else can you do.

Came through as BMA. I let it ring, did not pick up.

Ya...Ive gotten calls from this number alot.....its super annoying but when I call to complain its like nothing is done to fix the stupid issue...

Receive multiple calls from 954-575-8900,usually evenings and weekends and holidays!  VERY annoying. No one on the line, 'all circuits busy' if try to call back.  I will use the contact info in this register to complain to BBB and see if these jerks can be stopoped!

The number 954-575-8900 is also tied into a fax number of 954-227-0921 listed under Don Shaktman.  Why don't we all fax him tons of fax messages that say nothing.  Just load up your fax machine with junk paper, and fax away.  Maybe they will get the message when their fax machine keeps running out of paper and ink.

I have received a call for the first time and when trying to return the call from my house dialing a 1-954 or just 954 it will not go through. I have tried it on my cell and the call drops off after a couple of rings. I appreciate the info posted from others as I will file a complaint myself.

The only way these telemarketers will stop is if everyone who gets a call from this number files suit against BMA under the Telecommunications Consumer Protection Act. Under the statute consumers can obtain actual damages or $500.00 per call anytime they receive an unsoliciated call on their cell phone via an auto-dialer with pre-recorded message. See United States Code Chapter 47 Section 227. Based on the number of illegal calls they appear to be making, they owe a tidy sum to Florida cell phone users.

The call was from BMA and it was an automated call machine. I would win a vacation, free gas and something else, all I had to do was be married and live in Florida. Then I was prompted to say yes or no to those questions and THEN it asked me did I make more than or less than $50,000 a year?
I listened to all questions but said nothing and it just moved on to the next question. Then it asked me to say and spell my last name.
They would be calling me to tell me where to pick up my free vouchers for the vacation and gas.

We have been getting calls from ths number---over and over and over--the home telephone mumber of this clown is 954-298-5734  good luck
