No idea but the caller id says "PROMO S"

Received call. No one there. Called the number in Florida and  surprisingly a woman answered the phone and immediately went into a sales pitch/telemarketing.  I knew Specialty Travels was a scam and I listened until she said to send the money.  That's when I asked what rating did they have with the BBB...she said "Excellent."  I then said I would check them out and call back and that's when she hung-up.

Received a call from this number with subscriber info as "Promo S".  I did not answer and no message was left.

Keep getting the same calls.  3 rings and cannot return my anger since recording states  "mailbox is full". I think we should ALL start asking for info giving false addresses and false e-mails.  We should keep this up until it stops. They will NOT enjoy getting on this crazy merry-go-round they have put us on with.. no way off!  Go to website and start NOW!!  we should beat them at their own game.  How about that?  Go to website and start harrassing them back!

While at daughter's house, this outfit called her at 11:03 AM, 10-7-11.  Caller ID only showed phone number and No Name.  Based on investigation of number on website, this caller is a specialty travels by name of "Promo S".  Nothing but a damn telemarketer trying to scam people out of their money.  I agree with comments above about harrassing them back.  The government should outlaw all of these types of calls and/or companies.  Nothing but a waste of peoples time.  Unfortunately, there are people that will fall for these scams.

Just got a call on my cell!  They claimed I "won" a vacation back in 2009.  I asked if this was a time share deal.  She did give the name of the company -- Specialty Travel -- and indicated it was a travel agency.  Told her not to call again.

NON-STOP calls at all times of the day... when I answer, no one is there... when I call back, mailbox is full.  I can't wait for someone to actually pick up so I can tell them what human garbage they are!

Got a call from this number identified as Specialty Travel.  Had calls from them using at least 5 other numbers.  I traced all numbers and they had a high spam rating - the most recent was 100%.  They said I won this fantastic travel through my time share.  I called them and they turned me over to their legal department because this is not a method they use.

How can these people get away with calling you either home or cell phone when your number is on the National Do Not Call List. We should flood our state representatives and senator office with complaints about these telemarkerters that are so annoying and bold!

Received call from 9545886746 today at 1:46 PM, am on national do not call list. Caller ID showed number only and not name of company.Answered call on third ring, no one there. Do own timeshares.
All my tmeshare management companies told me same thing, do not pay upfront fees/deposits when trying to sell timeshare. Use a broker who only gets paid when (and if) they sell your timeshare.

receive several call a day from this number; no one ever speaks. called number but it went straight to a mailbox that was full.  there has to be some way to stop this nonesense.  The number comes up on caller-id as   S PROMO telephone#  1.  Traced call back to 954-588-6746.

Ditto, get lots of calls from them (hangups), likewise am on national and NJ do not call list. Government is useless as no attempt to stop telemarketers is apparent.

They call all day and night and do not stop ..When I answer there is no one there.

Am sick of getting multiple calls a day from PROMO S at the above number. No one even responds when I do pick up the phone. Have tried hitting a key just to annoy or keep them on line. No avail.   Am on do not call registry, yet this continues.

Same story here. I have been logging calls and have had 212 calls from this number since late August. I have tried to call back the number as well, it rings only once, then directed to a recording that states mailbox full. I have not found anywhere to turn to stop them. They are all hours of the night.
