    I've been receiving phone calls from this number for about a year now.  No one ever answers, and no message is ever left.  I don't think it is Obama Care.  
    A few years ago I vacationed in Vegas, and was "tricked" into going to a seminar for a new time share they were trying to have the participants buy into.  We did it for free show tickets.  They were so persistent!   We did not buy a time share, but we did waste 5 hours of precious vacation time....oh well, my own damn fault.  
    Since then we have been receiving these calls from this number.
