Mark C - 5 Jan 2008954-678-4808 has been calling my mobile for several days now. I won't answer and they won't leave a message. Some sort of eye appointment reminder service. As a matter of fact, it's time for my annual appointment. I received a postcard reminder from my doctor the other day.

Annoyed call recipient - 11 Jan 2008I have been receiving multiple calls a day from this number. The caller doesn't leave a message, and once when I decided to pick up, just to see what would happen, there was no one and no machine at the other end. No real eye doctor is going to have a caller id that says "Eye Drs Office." What an annoyance.

When I did call them back it went to a message "Thank you for calling BLAH BLAH BLAH, if you'd like to be added to our DNC list please leave your name and number"... WHAT!!! Like I'd leave my name and number for them to get my identy and STEEL it!

cheshirecassie - 10 Apr 2008After receiving a message from this number, I decided to call my local Lens Crafters. Apparently this is their national appointment reminder service, whether you've scheduled one or not. So if you've ever been to a Lens Crafters, about a year later you'll be getting a call from this number. I don't think this is a scam!

maxx - 30 Apr 2008if these calls are from a "reminder" service......why wouldn't' they leave a message of some sort. I think it is a scam. why would it come up as a security company. i haven't been to lens crafters. i'm going to report this to the AG office.

M - 12 May 2008This is not a legitimate caller - we just moved and our phone number is brand new - I dont even remember what it is most of the time - I haven't given it to anyone other than family and I get calls all hours of the day and NIGHT from this phone number.

Virginia - 1 Aug 2008This is true. The message left on my phone clearly indicated such. Also, I received an email from the service, which is called "Appointment Book." They claimed in the message I made the appointment. I didn't make the appointment.

Beth - 15 Jul 2008This is a Lenscrafters eye exam reminder line. My annual exam is due and I get a call from then each year before it is time to schedule. I do believe one needs to sign up for it though.
