I am getting silence every time I answer. I tried to call back and the message says to enter your number to be removed from their system. I did but then it said the mailbox is full. The calls keep coming!

We have been receiving these calls also. Once there seemed to be someone on the line. When we asked 3 times to be removed and they kept talking. We ended up hanging up because they wouldn't stop talking. Now we cannot get anyone when they call and the mailbox is full and we cannot get our number removed! Does anyone know this company or how they get our info?

After receiving 8 calls in three hours from this number, my husband finally decided to answer.  The caller said they were from Publisher's Clearing house and asked for me by name.  When he said I wasn't home they hung up.  Since our number is not listed, I'm not sure how they were able to get it, but next time they call they are going to get an earful (I bought an airhorn)!

I am getting these calls as well.  I recently bought a dress at David's Bridal, I believe that they must sell numbers, because I have been getting it from this number and After Hours Formal Wear.  IS this the same for everybody?

I have also been to David's Bridal recently.  I am not sure if it is tied, but I started receiving the calls yesterday and they call at the exact same time each night.  They never leave any message.

Maybe there is something to the idea that David's Bridal sells information - I went there recently to look and try things on, and the calls started less than a week after that.  They've usually called at about 9:30 AM, but I never answer that early if I don't know the number.  Today they called at 9:52 AM and I didn't answer, but then they called again at 7:44 PM and hung up when I answered. They've called like 10 times already, and no website I can find knows who they are.  Reverse Phone Lookup sites told me the number is registered to Palarmo Beach, FL (I know I spelled that wrong, sorry) but not who it belongs to.

I continue to receive phone calls from this number aswell. I also went to David's Bridal for my bride's maid dresses and this number has been calling my cell phone every single day.

this is a publishers clearing house number. I too had not received the calls until I went to David's Bridal. What can we do to STOP THIS? It's annoying and an invasion of privacy!!

I have not been to davids bridal but i too recieve this call not on a regular basis but everey other day and sometimes 2 times a day

I called David's and asked them about selling my information.  They claimed that they didn't sell numbers.  I looked at that website above, and it is true they do sell them.   But on that website they also have a thing where you can opt out.  Just send an e-mail to remove@davidsbridal.net   Then it should be taken off the list.

i get a call from this number EVERY day, at least once. if i did answer, itd be silent for a few seconds, then theyd hang up, but yesterday i answered and they said it was from After Hours formal wear, they heard i was getting married?! apparently they'd gotten my nmber since i had recently looked in davids bridal for a prom dress. yeah, not a wedding. but the woman was so rude and hung up on me after she found out i had been looking for a prom dress.

This number has called my cell phone every half hour like clockwork for the last 2 hrs!!  I haven't answered the call b/c I don't answer when a strange number comes up on my caller ID.  I have not gone to any bridal shops so that's not why I'm getting calls.  Does inputting your number actually take you off their list or is it a scam??  Is there any way to get them to stop calling?

the david's bridal thing is interesting.  i got a bride's maids dress there, but it was back in august.  the calls just started this weekend, but i'm not sure if it's connected

These jerks will call and call for quite a while, then as suddenly as the calls start, they stop.

The last time I was actually able to talk to the jerkoids on the other end of the phone, I informed them that my number is registered with the National Do Not Call list. And that if they insist on calling me, not only will I contact the police, but I will contact the FBI.  I guess they don't believe me.  I will be talking to a person with the FBI this weekend.  I'm related to him. lol

Trouble is, you contact the police in Clearwater, or Palermo and you just get a major sigh from the cops and then are told "There really isn't much we can do for you."

Make sure you register your cell phone number and your home number. If they call anyway, 1) they're dummer than a bag of hammers and 2) they're breaking the law.

I have been receiving these calls for over 2 months.  I have registered my number with the Do Not Call Registry and have now begun filing complaints everytime they call.  

I think it is David's Bridal that sells your information.  You can email David's Bridal and ask them to remove your information from their list - remove@davidsbridal.net.

i just recently started to get calls from this number i in less than 5 hours had 20 missed calls from this number when i sent a message back to them i got no responce i even tried to call the number and got nothing i have had other days where this number calls me but today was the worst i actually had to put my cell on silent mode to stop the harrassing of my ringtone during work the other day i had them call me 15 times and no message was left either time!!

This # has called my phone 7 times tonight, within an hours time.  What the HELL..... I called it back and it was the PPI magazine sells co that wants me to put in my phone # if I want to be taken off "the list".....it sounds like a cell phone answering system....
