Answering machine picked up and they hung up.

Same thing here.  Called and hung up when answering machine answered the call.

Please let me know if you find out who the hell this is.  Thank you.

Whoever this little @#$@#$ is, I want to know. We are on the "Do NOT Call LIst". I would love to sue them and have the extra cash.

P.S. If you are the creep or company calling, please let me know who you are. I have a phone recorder on the line and would love you to screw up with whatever it is you are trying to do.

They call 3-4 times per day and never leave a message. JERKS!!

they called here too in MidWest....shows number on caller ID. Am on the National Do Not Call List...but lately have been getting some calls from various areas.  Some Diabetic calls from 800 numbers...No one Diabetic here...told them to remove our number from their calling list. They were courtious about it. But this 900 number is a mystery......

I see a lot of people getting calls (like me included) who complain on different web sites but...are you filing a complaint with the government do not call agency? If everyone who is on the "do not call" list would report ALL the illegal calls they get...the practice (I think) would either slow dramatically or stop.

I'm from the northeast, and they called us just now. No voice, no messaging machine, nothing. We're on the do not call list.

Wish I knew who they were so I can call THEM while they're eating their dinner.

It's dish network. They called at 10 pm last night, now that I know who it is, I'm turning their a** in.

I just found out that it's "dish network" I'm really upset about this because I too am on the do not call list. I went to their website and found an "opt out" option to call to be taken off their calling list, How is that right?? Now they want us to call companies and tell THEM not to call US at all hours of the day and night?? Anyway, here is the number listed to call them to be taken off their list..
 2. Phone requests should be made by calling DISH Network at 866-668-8047. I'm calling them now, and I just might call them as often as I feel like, see how they like it....

Okay, I just got off the phone with dish network. The number that I gave them that keeps calling(954-754-5742) does NOT belong to dish network, even though the man I talked to said it was. Someone is using dish network as a cover or something, sounds like a scam so please be careful.

Called and hung up after 4 rings (my answering machine doesn't pick up til the 6th ring).  Somebody earlier said it was DISH network.  Guess they didn't wanna talk to me very much...

The area code and prefix comes back to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida...for what it's worth.

Just got a call. I am on the DNC list. Nobody on the line. CI showed unknown name.

I just called the ph# supplied by Deb. I got a recording from Dish asking if I wished to be taken off the call list and when I responded in the affirmative was told it might take up to 30 days to be taken off!!!
What's with the 30 days???? A stroke of the keyboard should delete my number!!!! We'll see what happens.

Forgot to mention that I also am on the Do Not Call list! A lot of good that does!

Just talked direct to Dish Network and the agent states they do contract with outside companies to sell their product.
I explained the problem and asked why 3o days to delete my # and he said he would post my # with a notation that the deletion would take effect now. Told him this was giving his company a bad name and he apologized profusely! We'll see....   :-(
