I received this call on 10-22-10 at 5:11PM, CALLER ID showed up as OUT OF AREA!

My phone number is UNLISTED and is on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!

I did answer it and it was FPL! It was a recorded message!!! I didn't hear it all as I hung up on it!!

I have received other calls from them using different phone numbers!!!

I also got a call from this number - they call everyday but use a different 954 local number.  This is a scam but they are not from FPL or have anything legimately to do with FPL.  All of these calls I am getting relate to the same scam and they belong to tmobile cell service.  Contact corporate tmobile @ 425-378-4000 and complain to them.  I plan to do so next week as well.

This call was from FPL again!!! I have received other calls from them using different phone numbers!! Sometimes it is a Man's Voice on the recording and other times it is a WOMEN's Voice!!

As these were tmobile cell numbers I called tmobile fraud dept and they said they no longer belong to tmobile and probably prepaid cell phones.  I gave them a list of all the phone #'s they have used so far and they were going to try to see what they could do.  They also suggested I file a police report which I have done but police said that they basically cannot do anything unless they threaten me and they suggested that I answer the phone the next time they call and tell them I know it is a scam and that I have filed a police report. SO basically our hands are tied and these jerks can get away with this.  They have called every day for a month now and use different numbers on each occassion.

just got another call from this numer.  the police suggested I pick up the call and wait to speak with a live person - I got someone named Beth and after I asked her the name of the company at least 5 times, she told me Southern Energy Association in Orlando which I believe is a false name.  I told her I filed a police report and there was a trace on my line and she hung up on me.

Contract your state's attornery general as well as the FTC (federal trade commission) at 877-438-4338.  I was told by FTC to post their number for others to file a complaint as well if you are receiving calls from this number or any of the other numbers they are using.  They are not affiliated with FPL.
