Process server fraudulent activites with ss#

They called from a Washington DC number as well n when I looked it up it was a scam. Beware of these types of calls. They're trying to get personal information on you.

Call me first from Washington DC Then they change numbers and called the next day from a Florida number saying they are filing charges against me and that I need to call the legal department ......Its a scam

First call received in June from a 202 (DC area) number. Recorded message indicating that they were going to be issuing charges and serving papers at home or work. According to the message, the caller was trying to contact an Aljer Nab. The recording was poor quality and difficult to understand. Second call came from a 954 (Hollywood, FL area) number. Similar message, delivered in an authoritative tone, this time giving a case number and trying to connect with the same Aljer Nab. This message indicated the person of interest's social security number was being used to issue complaints against. Happy to continue blocking these numbers on my phone and reporting them to FTC.

They tell me there are two charges against me.  They have my social security number, old address, and say I owe for an old Pay Day Loan.  She said she was with Goldman & Associates.

Same as above, said they're filing 2 charges as my SS number was used for "fraudulent activities" & I need to contact their legal dept, called the number from my google phone (The number they called) mailbox is full, no company name on pickup, straight to voicemail. Also state if I ignore this, my rights will be forfeited.

Changed numbers from DC # went thru a group of numbers few months ago in Alabama, Oklahoma and DC. Now it is DC, Florida .. what is next? No Goldman & A*ses out there.. SPAM SPAM SPAM

Called from a (202) area code and recently from a (954) area code threatening to serve papers on me at my home or place of employment due to fraudulent activity attached to my name or SS#. Get a grip! This definitely is SPAM!
I want to knw how it can be stopped!

An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.

Looking thru the internet I found that someone saw that a CT Financial was the company that processed a payment for Goldman And Associates.. I found them at : http://www.ctfinancialgroup.com/ they are located in Ft Mill, NC. I had one "collector" on another number state they were in Charlotte I believe. The address listed in in a strip store and guess what -- an UPS Store is located there also.. no surprise. the phone #'s are toll free.. so another dead end ..

I happen to put my curser over the email address "ctfinancialmanagement@gmail.com" on their website and it showed bcninc@bcncorporated.com... looks like a search and we have a BSN in Charlotte and "shocking" Buffalo. So it looks like the following:

Goldman & Associates is a part of CT Financial and seems like BCN Incorporated is the main scam company. I will continue to research these leads but chances are they are dead ends.

When I call back they put me on hold and long periods of time. I did get through this time, told them I was recording the call as well and asked them to remove my number from their files or I was going to proceed legal action, as I was having recording the call. I spoke to a Tiffany and she is from Goman and Associates.

I received a call from area code 202 - 814 - 954 all stating the same thing. That I have 2 fraudulent charges against me, they state they have my name and social security #, they also state that I will be served either at home or work. The voicemail had 3 different sections to it, you could tell it was put together. I have blocked these on my cell, but they also call my work place. This has been happening for months now.

These A@*!$ are at it again. Calls continue to come through every few months. I would like to meet up with these low life scum bags in a dead alley and really give them what they deserve! Just ignore the calls. You would think they would try a new tactic. It's so old. Hopefully one day they will be brought to justice, but in the meantime, report each and every number to the BBB and FTC

This is such a pathetic scam operation and they use the same line of threats and intimidation cause any one with half a brain in their head is on to them and they have run out of material. GFY scumbags.

I received a call yesterday, when I tried to call back there was no answer. I called back this morning asking for an address and collection agency number for my "lawyer". After asking several times, the person just hung up on me. I called back and Lisa Jones answered. She stated that she was from Goldman and Associates and required I validate info before she would give me the address. The address she gave is 1750 Hwy 160 W. Suite 101, Fort Neal, SC 29208. This is apparently for a loan taken out with Anasazi LLC. I have paid off these payday loans MULTIPLE times. When I denied the information she had, she said she would be sending out a locator to find and serve me within 24 hours. Good luck on that.

I keep getting these calls myself with the same threating issues.  I work for a Law Firm and have turned over to one of our attorneys and they will try to make sure these scum bags get caught.   They call from all different numbers and keep calling my cell phone along with work and home.

These Lo Lives been calling me everyday for the Last 30 days.  I got on the phone with several of these clowns.  They come up with a Bogus Debt Claim from back in 2011 saying I took a loan out for $550+ Dollars.  LOL LOL.  After I explain myself about never taking such loan these scumbags put me on hold seconds after...lol

These people got a hold of my NAME, SOCIAL, OLD ADDRESSES ETC.  WHO THE [***] ARE THESE PEOPLE........
ALL THESE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE SCUMBAG BOSS NEED TO COMMIT SUICIDE ASAP.......LOL
