Timothy Williams called stating I had a civil action against me for a payday loan with SMG, then changed it to BMG. I requested he send me the information, he stated he did and just wanted me to pay this. He did not give an amount, stated it was a civil action with Wells Fargo, who I do not have and have not had an account with for almost 2 years now. I told him to call my attorney and told him he was calling a business phone. He was persistant on getting another phone number from me, again I told him to call my attorney. Again he requested I settle this dispute.

I have received numerous calls from Timothy Williams, both on my cell and work! He is claiming that he work's as a debt collector from AA&G company regarding a online payday loan which I never received! Don't confirm any information he's a scam artist!!!

I just received a call from Timothy Williams, both cell and work. He left a vm on my cell stating that he just received my file after many attempts of others calling me and my blatent neglect to get back to them. He, too, said that it was from AA&G and said that it was in my best interest to call him back and settle. YEA OK!

I received a call from Timothy Williams requesting to talk to an employee. I informed him that employees are not allowed personal phone calls & if he could remove us from his calling list for this person. He said no he cannot & rung up the phone. I called the # back from caller ID & left a voice mail telling him to remove business  # from his list, as this is a business & would not be able to contact employee.

I dont know any Timothy Williams and hes has lied to a family member I used her as a contact and has her cell number.I dont give out peoples cell phone numbers or names..This needs to stop now.Its a invasion of another persons privacy...Thanks
