I received a call from this number as well, didn't recognize it and I was busy so I was unable to answer. it was at 12:07pm July 1st 2011.

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks at all hours day and night with no one on the other end.  When I called it back it went directly to a full voice mail.

I get the same call. No message.......nothin!! I suspect time share hucksters because of the Fla
area code. Been getting them for a few years.

I get calls from this number constantly.  It is getting harassing, all hours, weekends, etc.  Sometimes from similar numbers but the last 4 digits are different.  Recently I started answering when I was available. Sometimes they would hang up, but then other times i would get different people, telemarketers trying to sell me a time share or something.  I didn't catch the name of the company, probably should pay more attention next time so I can report them for real.  On at least 3 occasions, I have asked them not to call me again and to take me off their list, but they still call.  My phone number has been registered on the national "do not call" registry but that doesn't seem to stop them either.  How do I make it stop? I would block the number, but like I said they seem to have a few different numbers. I'm really getting aggravated with this

Got called again myself, this time I answered and it was just silence. Could be someone trying to record your voice for some personal use, seeing how technology allows for multiple possibilities and reasons.

they are so rude...ask for a member of my household and hangs up and keeps calling day after day!  this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!  Do not call list means nothing!! It's a shame you can't call them back to report the harrassment, mailbox always full after spending money on long distance call.  I AM VERY UPSET THIS WON'T STOP.  DO WE HAVE ANY RIGHTS!!!

Getting a lot of calls from this area code. Got a phone app that answers for me and all they get is snoring or traffic noises. : ) They are scam artists trying to get credit card numbers.

In reply to MW, as to the question "don't we have any rights anymore" the answere is no we don't if it involves the potential of someone making money from us. What I think that these kind of calls are about is somebody is trying to harvest live numbers to put togeather a list and then sell it to the telemarketers who will then call us. I think that they use robo dialers and are thus through misfeasense  able to work around the do not call laws.
My suggestion would be to dump the phones and get a pay as you go phone for emergencys and go see your friends in person and I believe that it would start to become a better world.

i get a call from this number sometimes 3 times a day and when i answer no one answers and when i call back i get a this number is disconnected .....i cant get a new phone its my business phone they keep calling :(

Every once in a while I get someone who answers. . .they tell me I won a florida vacation I haven't used and don't I want too use it.   I also get the no one there.  I yelled at them today and they hung up on me.  I just don't know how to get them to quit calling me!

Get a whistle and blast them next time they call. After a couple of times the calls will stop.
