This call was received 4-different times on 3-different days:  on Wed, 21, 2014 at 11:10 AM caller left no message.
Same call received on Thu, 5.20.2014 at 9:19 AM: the caller left no message. On Mon, 5.19, 2914 I received this call twice:  9:23 AM and again at 1:57 PM each time no message left.   Yet when I call out on this number, I received a recorded message:  this number has either been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service....?!

This number called my phone 6 time's in one day and probably wouldn't have stopped if I wouldn't have put a call block on this number.

I keep getting this number. I have answered but no response from caller.

Finally answered after the 4th time to tell someone off and there was no one there and you can't call back to tell anyone off either!

5 times now....

This number called me 2 or 3 times. I finally answered and a woman hesitated 2 seconds and ask me if I am consider a higher education. And they know my name even pronounced wrong. Very strange!

           
       this number has been calling me all day about 6 times. i answered the first time but nobody said anything have not answered again. happened to be playing a trivia game and a question revealed you get an extra charge and you personal information can be hacked into from 900 area codes. i strongly suggest to not answer this number. in hind sight i remembered i took an online survey that asked for my number but posted it was a secure site. the calls started less than 24 hours later.

i am know receiving calls from an unknown source. hmm! am more than convinced it is either telemarketer or scammers in either case i do not want to be bothered with them. the answer for me is to avoid like the plague.

Three times so far today.  I was online looking for jobs and researching education options recently and wonder if it's related.  Nobody on, no messages left.  I have not tried to call it back.

Repeated calls. Started 06/03/2014, continued on 06/04. Annoyance calls!!

I went to receive free samples and have since received phone calls from this number 6 times.  I keep ignoring since I'm at work and will not answer my personal phone for numbers I don't know.  How do I block this number or report it to authorities for harassment.

You will have to do this yourself. 800Notes is not a call blocking service. Contact your telecommunications provider for assistance in blocking the calls or invest in a device which can be programmed to automatically reject unwanted calls..

this must be from Jobs.com my phone has been ringing off the hook from several different numbers after I applied to something online.

I just got this call too.  I am guessing that I applied for a job through an on-line service and they immediately connect your number to an annoying outfit that tries to get you to go to school.  No message left, just dead air.

Got several calls from 954-999-8888 ever since I applied to some jobs on jobs.com I am sure the number is from them or they sold my info to a third party. Smh

They have called my number two times today.  The last one I just received at 5:20 PM.  Do not answer and no message is left
