Calls at odd times and hangs up .

I am getting this but they have sad I  can get a gov grant.

You know it's a scam, right?

Same here. Has been disturbing me also from the same number. Calls and hangs up.Leaves blank voice mails and sometimes says Goodbye on receiving the call.

Asking for me. Want the phones to stop!

I get up to 10 calls per day from this number as well as an "UNAVAILABLE" number.

Once they called, when I answered, the person didn't say anything, I said very slowly,  "You are going to hell", well, he replied afterwards, saying, I am going to hell why? I told him because he won't say anything when I answer. It sounded like he was gonna say something...I hung up. The previous day they called 11 times, after that short conversation, he didn't call anymore.

For what it's worth, do you think the 11 calls you got might be related to you being willing to talk to scammers?
If you like to get these calls, you are on the right track.  Answer the calls, talk to the crooks. Call them back if you miss a call.
If you don't want these calls, you reverse this process.

Please don't called me. every day still called me for nothing?

Obnoxious caller. Asked to speak with my husband ( by name). I told the woman he was busy and could I take a message. She hung up. The first time she called was 6:22am today. (She has called before today but not this early). How many foolish people are there to fall for phone scams? Do not be misled- there are a lot of crooks waiting for a chance to make an easy buck. Do not be a victim!

This number calls 50 times a day ,when I try to call it back it won't let me ( that's how you know it's a scam) I added the number to my contact list under Solicitors then marked it to go straight to voicemail,it's the only way I could get any peace.  Just for giggles I played along one day talked to the guy that wanted to GIVE me a government grant,he asked me when I graduated ,I told him,he asked my age,I said a lady never tells her age,he asked me my maiden name that's when I said Buddy look,your a scammer and I'm not stupid enough to play 20 questions with you,he hung up,called back 10 times in one hour,on the tenth time I blew an air horn in the phone lol then proceeded to add him and block

Offering government grant.

I try to be kind in all my affairs, I was called three times this morning by a man who wanted to give me a grant from the number (958)245-0679. I was kind and asked to please remove my number and I was not interested in receiving handouts of any kind. He then cursed me, my mother, and my entire family and hung up.  Ten minutes later a woman called me from (202)810-5836 and said her name was Jenny with the same story United States federal grant service. I pleaded with her to stop harassing me and that I wish she could find another way to make a living. I wanted her to know that I forgive both he and her. I asked If she could please pass on the message that I don't wish what he said to me on anyone. She hung up without saying anything. I block these phone numbers immediately and pray for them to find another way. I don't know what else I can do to help stop others from receiving these phone calls. Maybe someone could share what to do to have these folks stopped from the harassment. Is their a law that that if you ask to be removed from their phone list and they don't comply then authorities can take action to prevent further harassment? Maybe it's a waste of money and resources to have the government go after these scammers. The vulgarity of this mans language was astonishing. Such a unfortunate situation, I don't know how anyone falls for these things for them to keep running their practices. I'm at fault by engaging with them, yet I feel a moral obligation to speak freely and wish the best for these folks. I pray for them and I hope a wise individual with experience in how to handle these folks can shed light on what actions one may take in how to best stop the harassment for others alike. Please help! It's cost me an hour of my Time this morning and I'm hoping something good will come from me asking for help. Thanks

These people say they are calling from the us government.

Ask your telephone provider to block these calls. I have mine blocked, but today I received this same call. I will find out how they got passed the block.

These people are calling from a Mexicao # with a Indian accent trying to scam us out of $ if we all call the Fed's in report them we can bring them diwn in stop them from scaming some old person

Calls all the time and does not leave a msg.   If you answer will respond by hanging up

I have now been picking up and letting them talk to dead air.  They last about 15 seconds. This am he kept shouting "hello can you hear me?" He lasted a little longer then usual but finally gave up. Last night in the car I answered by letting them hear me jam out to country music.

Called me 8 times in 24 hours.  Does not leave message.  I blocked it, but I can still see they tried to call.  This needs to stop now.
