It sounded like a large business.  I could hear people moving about.  I also could hear my voice on a playback system.

They had called my cell phone it's invalid area code. How in the hell did they called my cell when they're invalid. It's gonna be very suspicious.

They asked for me by  name, but it was noisy, and I could hear my speech being repeated.

I've been getting calls from this number and every time I pick up, I say "hello" and I don't hear anything. Then an auto-mated lady voice says, "good-bye!"
I tried calling back, but it says, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again." And it says it in Spanish too. "Message 2PX12PE"

I have had many calls from this number lately on my cell phone.  I don't answer any number I don't recognize, but this last time they actually left a voice mail....sort of.  It was a guy saying one word I didn't understand, seemingly to someone in the background, and there was a lot of background noise like a busy office.  My husband looked up 966 and the info he got was that it's in Saudi Arabia.  I'm going to set my phone to block this number.

I`m scared because im only 11 and they`re asking 4 me now my parents think that im doing somethine ishy on the internet to cause this. Any advice?

They keep calling me 4 times in the row. And it's from foreign area. Saudi Arabia. They kept playing on my phone and I want them to leave me alone!!

Getting calls from this number for 3 days now, and i don't know who it is. Please tell who could this be???

I keep getting these calls also.  The one time I answered there was a person on the other end of the line telling me I won 1 million dollars.  He informed me that I had to pay a fee to get the 1 million.  I told him this was a scam because I do not have to pay a fee on money that I won.  They had a Saudi Arabia accent.   Please hang up on them or do not answer it.  They are just trying to scam money from you.

this number is from India, hence the repeated speech and invalid number (if your phone doesn't recognize overseas phone numbers)
They won't answer their phone, and they won't reply to emails
It might be some kind of telemarketing or something else.

I suggest you get the US Embassy invovled to solve this problem

This MF'S keep calling me on my cell phone twice. Stop playing on my cell phone. They keep waisting all of my Revol Bucks and cost me money!! Leave me the hell alone!!

I keep getting calls from this number n when I call back the number can't b completed as dialed n it's an international call!

I got twice calls from this number. Nobody answers. So, I decided to block this number so O don't waste my time with these harassment calls.

It's silent when I pick up, and after a few seconds it hangs up. I can't even hear breathing. And when I try to call back, it says its not a valid number. Wtf?

I also received calls from this number was about to change my number but i decided to look it up and got nothing so i got mr number and blocked it cant be bothered anymore
