Yep.  Just got one, and answered it.  Some guy with a foreign accent stating he is from the computer tech help something.  I told him to take me off his call list, and he said OK.  They will probably call again though.

Man speaking in foreign language after I say hello. I said hello again in english as a question , hello?  He speaks again , i have no idea what he said then he goes har har har and hangs up. WTH

Dr. Apu Nahasapeemapetilon called to report my Winblows Computer had a virus. I asked if he would wear ladies panties tonight as I would be over to visit him.  He was upset, stammered and said he was reporting me.

I believe these two calls are related since I am fortunate enough to not receive unwanted calls but had two within an hour of each other.  The first one was showing my name and phone number on caller ID (initial thought, where is my gun? The call is coming from inside the house). I answered and it was a male with a heavy accent asking how I was.  I said "fine, but more importantly where are you calling me from and why"?  He wanted to reduce my CC debt.  I said I am sorry but my mommy won't let me have credit cards.  He then spoke a language I do not speak and hung up.
2nd call - less than an hour later (unknown caller).  I answered and it was a man with a similar accent again asking how I was and mentioning something about computer support but I could not quite understand what he said exactly so I said "pardon me, what are you calling in regard to"? We then had a lengthy exchange of him speaking jibberish and me saying "pardon, what did you say and where are you from"?.  He then made a sound that resembled someone exerting force in mid karate chop and hung up.
I still do not know what he said but my neck hurts so I fear instead of being B*tch slapped, I was B*tch chopped through the phone.
