I get the same thing, starting just 3 days ago.  970 is a Colorado cell phone area code but that's all I know.

Job.com is who is calling you. They are calling for more information on a Resume that you have posted online on Monster.com

This number 1-970-300-3121 is a telemarketing company (Level 3 Communications out of Aspen, CO) claiming to work on behalf of Job.com. I was SO sick of seeing the 970-300-3121 number show up on my phone 5-6 times a day, I decided to see if I called it back if I would actually get a person. I did - and the operator called me by my name and then went right into a blurb about how I had indicated I was interested in education opportunities from my job.com registration.

This company is a marketing company who gleans information from your job board registration and then uses it to solicit for education providers. To get off the list, I had to get firm with the marketer and say that NO, I had a degree already; and NO, I wasn't interested and take my name off the list RIGHT NOW.

Then, what you do is call job.com at 1-877-756-2266 and tell them to take your phone number off of the affiliate share list.
