Says that they r trying to get a hold of me before they go into arbitration and sees that its only fair to get a statement from me.  funny thing is every time they leave a message they never identify who they r calling for.

This company keeps calling saying they would like a statement before arbitration. Anyone with half a brain knows full well, and I do as I owned a business years ago and have a lawyer, lawyers always disclose who they are and who they are calling. I really hope people start waking up and ignoring these scammers.

Chris Davis called regarding some  arbitration matter. No company name given or person name he is leaving this message for.

They called me to . No name and never called mentioned who the call was for

"My" file has hit his desk and he could make his decision without me, but is giving me the "courtesy" of making a statement on the matter. My answering machine has recorded about 10 of these kind of calls from various area codes. Until they send me something in writing I will not be responding. Having studied private law/commerce for the last 20 years, I'm the last one they should be trying this manure on, as ALL I need is their physical location for me to start an administrative remedy.
