Has anyone else got a call from this number? I don't know who they are. I think they are people that have no life and no one to talk to, so they call random people to give a "survey" then they recall and hang up. If anyone can get more information on this number, i'd be glad to know it.

Calls repeatedly, but never leaves message or says anything when I answer.

I received a call on my cell phone this morning; traced it to a landline and "extension 7011" in Akron, Colorado, although the exchange is similar to those in Fort Collins, and other sources claim it is a Durango number.  Based on the information from Marie and Judy above, I suspect this is a sales call pitching for Silver King, a vacuum cleaner manufacturer in Colorado Springs, who sells by making appointments for demonstrations in homes and provides free gifts for those who let them in.  Sadly, it really is a good vacuum cleaner: better than or equal to Filter Queen (we own one of each) but their sales tactics are poor.

I got them and told them if they call without my permission, they are telemaketers and i am on the do not call registry.  They said they got my "fax" number from a list on the internet so that some how made it all ok?  

So i reported them. Perhaps if everyone will report them, the company will be shut down and imposed a penalty of $1000 for each call that is reported.

If you have registered your phone number with the national do not call registry, then go to:  www.donotcall.gov   and file a complaint so we can stop people who think it is ok to break the law and harass honest, law abiding citizens.

Got a call with their "survey" about air quality.  Went ahead and played along.  Three days later, was called back and told I "won" a prize package after being randomly selected from their surveys and that they had a driver in my area would could stop by to deliver the prize package and survey us about air cleaners.  I'm sure that is when the sales pitch comes in...

They claimed to be from Fort Collins.  I live in western Nebraska, about three hours away.

Also, most of the reverse lookups show they are from either Akron or Henderson.  Neither one is quite Fort Collins.

Just got a call from this numebr and since I don't answer calls I don't recognize, I just let the phone ring.  If they want to leave a vmx, that's their choice as it is mine to delte the vmx.

They just told me I won a hotel stay a knife and a salsa maker. The catch is they want in my house to ask how I felt about the survey. When I said they would need to stand on the doorstep they said they need an electric hookup they had more excuses why they need in. They also said they could be at my house at 8pm one hour after the call. Odd since I live in Billings. They also new my address without me saying then or during the survey. Sounded sketchy.

The people they asked for don't even live here, but it did sound like a telemarketer trying to sell something. My number is on the do not call list so if they call again, I will file a complaint and will continue doing so until all of these idiots get the message... DON'T CALL ME!!!!

Been there with this company before.  Oh, ya, you win a "prize" all right....all junk!!!  Thankfully i wasn't home to get this phone call.

This number is a telemarketer, and even after telling them the number they called is on the National No Call List, they continue to call my phone number.  I'm reporting them to the FCC.
