Caller did not leave a message

According to my Caller ID, this number called at least a dozen times each day over the course of several days. No message was ever left on my answering machine. I finally called the number back and entered "2" to be removed from their calling list.

They keep calling & I finally answered it. The caller ID says USDA. She said she was Ashley with ( some company ) then she repeated her name & said she was with ( some other company )  FIND A NEW SCRIPT BABE.She said she was sending me an insurance quote to match up against other company's & was that o.k.? I said no & hung up while she was still reading the script.

I received a text message that said "Hi, how are you?"  I have no idea who it is and didn't reply.

They called twice in the same day, never left a message. When I called back it said all their representatives were with other clients. After waiting a moment, it gives the option to connect with someone or remove your number from their lists.

Called and didn't leave a message. I blocked the number.
