This # called my mobile phone -- didn't leave a voicemail

I got a call from this number on my cell phone today. They did NOT leave a message.

This # called my cell and it was some kind of scam trying to lower my mortgage rate!!!  Scam!!!!

Rec'd call from this number today on my cell. No voicemail left.

It's effing Rachel from effing Card Services.

This # called my mobile phone -- didn't leave a voicemail.  I give out my cell number to very few people, figure it was a telemarketer of some sort.

I just attempted to contact the number back and got a disconnected recording.  The people calling are using spoof numbers and blocking inbound calls,  Now thats a company I really want to trust! NOT!!!!!!

Just got a call.  Called it back and its disconnected.  I hate this BS

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Cardholder Services calling my cell phone.  Surly there is something that can be done.

received this call on my cell. No voice message left. Don't need a credit card.

So, I'm starting to panic when I see that my special need adult son is not here for me to drive to meet with someone for a road trip.

The phone rings and when I answer, 'Debbie' from Credit Card 'Services' is yammering away at me about 'last and final call about lowering your credit card rates'. 'Press "1" to talk to a representative' [1] (with authority). 'Bimbo' comes on and asks me if I pressed "1" to save money on my credit card payments.

I give her an earful of wanting to find my son who's missing and hang up on her before she can do the 'company policy' of disconnecting any 'troubling calls' (They always hang up when I start asking too many questions)

Someone should track down Credit Card Services and sue them out of existence as accessories to missing/exploited persons rings.

called twice in a row while I was getting physical therapy

For at least two years, I have received calls from 970-931-4758 and other phony numbers offering to lower the interest rate on my credit cards.   Attempts of block have proved useless.

Just got a call from this number. I answered, heard nothing on the other end, and after 15 seconds they disconnected.

Called them back right after to find out the number wasn't in service or whatever.

I know some calls like this are a form of war dialing--not sure if this is too.

Received a call from them minutes ago, but did not recognize the number so did not answer my phone. They did not leave a message. Will block this number now.

What you experienced is exactly they way a predictive autodialer works when more calls are answered than there are agents available.  You can file a complaint with the FCC for a dead air call, ie no agent ever picked up before the call was disconnected. By law, autodialed calls my have no more that a 3% dead air rate. BTW, autodialed calls to cellphones are illegal except in special cases.  The giveaway that it is an autodialed call even if an agent comes on line is the delay before anyone is there.
