Got a call from this number and it was identified as "Financial Ctr". I let it go to voice mail and they left no message.

Got the call. Identified as Financial Ctr. I hung up.

Called - I monitor all calls before I pick up.  They left no message just the annoying automated beeps. Put them on selective call rejection after checking this website.

This people are scumbags. I answered the phone and told the jerk on the other end that my number was on the Do Not Call Registry. He kept pressing his pitch and when I told him again to not call my number, he asked me if I'd screwed my mother last night and hung up.

"This is a courtesy call before we close your file on your annual review. We can lower your credit card interest to as low as 6% on $3000 on all your credit cards. All U need is one card in good standing. press 1 to lower your interest." I pressed 1 and a 'Dave' came on the line and asked "if I want to lower my interest?" I said Oh yeah". And he started his talk. This time, I did NOT give him any time to get going. I just gave him the "SCAMMER HORN" right away for about 30 seconds. Then asked him "Davey Boy R U still there" and he was so gave him a minutes worth of "SCAMMER HORN" and he finally Hung-up.

Dave the SCAMMER if U are out there = Hope U liked the "SCAMMER HORN".

ditto...  hung up the 1st time and then called back and left no message when i let it go to the answering machine!!

There seems to be no way to get off their call list.  Their " friendly operator" disconnects immediately when I start to ask how to be removed.  They previously had option 3 as the way to be removed.  That has no effect.  The calls keep coming and treat us as irresponsible for ignoring their repeated calls.  The last 10 calls say "this is the final call before we close your file - you have received repeated calls and have failed to respond"  The ability to come though with different caller ID numbers should be addressed by the FCC.  This makes us powerless to block or really identify the caller.

These people are annoying.And like Carl said you can't even get rid of them no matter what they keep calling.Ugggg.I love Saint Pauls responce,Good for you.
They are scammers and need to be shut down.

So annoyed and tired of these incessant calls!!!! Today I pressed 1 to speak with someone. A guy actually came on. I said, "what company is this?" and he hung up immediately. I called the number back and got a message saying to press 1 to be put on their do not call list. I hope it finally works - this place should be put under.

Gosh, I decided I am just so tired of these calls that I looked up how to report a # to the FCC. I called there and actually spoke to someone. He was familiar with this company and recommended reporting to the FTC and/or state attorney general. He said they are RUTHLESS, looking for account numbers. He advised against engaging them, which I will not do again.

I keep getting calls from these people even though Ive pressed 1 to speak to a rep and ask to be taken off the list.  They persist, some times to the tune of four or five times a day.  They are now hanging up on me when I press one.  

I've tried calling them back to press one to be put on the do not call list many times over the past year and it never works.  They just keep calling.  I've gone onto the FTC and attorney general web sites to report them as well.  They still keep calling.

Exactly the same message today.   Hung up rather then pressing 1.    Added to my Ooma blacklist.

What the he11 good is the do not call list when dirtbag scam artists like this blow right through it.

This call came in today Sept. 14 at 2:14. I have gotten several calls from this number before and asked to be removed form their call list. They hang up on me. Today I asked to speak to a Supervisor and the man said "Shut Up" cursed and hung up. How do I get rid of these calls? It never fails that they come in when I am super busy and it is annoying.

Although we are on the Do not call list, we still are getting these offers for credit card reduction rates… even though we do not have credit cards… I told Lolie from Financial Center with phone # 971 213-1942 that we do not want offer and we do not have credit cards and she hung up… a BBB complaint (in the state of the phone # and the state of the business name) about a different number and different company offering the same recorded message of lowering my rates resulted in this response from the BBB…. They are out of business, we can not help… which leads me to believe that this is a fraudulent attempt to obtain credit card info from us… We stand unprotected and can only protect ourselves… stay away from credit cards
