    What Is IVR Testing?

IVR testing combines Interactive Voice Response technology with testing processes and procedures. Test respondents participate in phone examinations, listen to recorded questions, and respond by pressing a touchphone digit(s).

This type of test is ideal for multiple choice selections, but our automated phone systems can also record the test participant's verbal responses.

This type of examination is highly effecient and cost effective. No monitor is required and the exams can be taken by the respondents from their home or office.
Inbound IVR Tests can be processed using this application where callers can take your examinations at a time and place of their convenience.

Outbound IVR Tests can likewise be performed using our service and systems. Our automated phone systems can call your test audience and play an introductory message. Your test respondent is then given the opportunity to take the automated phone exam.

The IVR test can accept touchphone response or can record each question response for later analysis.

Just had a call from this number.  Did not stay on the line long enough to get a response.  But if this is some sort of a remote testing service - why are they bothering us with calls.

Do not give them your voice print which can later be used for identifiers by debt collectors.  When they call with this type of data they can verify as to the person called and even do voice analysis to detect stress or if you are lying. I use auto responders on machines requesting that they leave a message. Peace Not Fade Away.

Same thing happened to me this evening.  We each said "hello" back and forth 3 times, then, in what sounded like a mild Indian accent, the man's voice on the other end (possibly a recorded voice) said, "Sorry, wrong number" then he immediately hung up.  I wonder if it is a company doing some sort of performance testing so they can tell prospective clients how many x-minute interactive phone calls their automated system can record.

I got a call from this number and I said hello several times and the party hung up.  I attempted to call the number back several times and the other end just kept hanging up upon connect.  I think it's a private detective or skip tracer tool.  That's be my guess.

If you have caller ID, why are you answering an UNFAMILIAR phone number?  I hit the IGNORE button on my phone.

Received on my cell phone and immediately went to recorded message referring to my credit card account though it didn't say which one. I didn't listen to the whole thing but I suspect either phishing or trying to sell me something.

I use my phone for business and I frequently get calls from customers or potential customers who are not yet in my contact data base.  Since most of my work is with the government, all that normally shows on caller ID is the phone number.

Received a call from this number at 7:49am PST today, 1.16.12. Missed the call and no message was left.  When I attempted to return the call (to see who was calling me), I heard a recorded message saying the number had been disconnected or is no longer in service.
