I answered this call like the15 or so others I am now receiving a day from supposedly Washington, California, etc. as it said Student Service on the caller ID.  However, there was someone there but they did not speak but hung up on me.  I am not sure why all of a sudden I am receiving these calls as I am on the do not call list and have been for the past two years but now I can't stop the calls.  They are unsolicited and I wish something could be done about them.

I got the same crappy phone call a minute ago and caller ID read 'Student Service'. I'm 65, retired, and am not looking to enroll in ANYTHING.

I received a call from this number and they hang up as you answer and when you try to call back it don't ring our anything it shows as student service on my caller id

I just received a call from this number but no one is on the line.  Caller ID only shows the phone number.  Wish I knew how to stop these calls, I am on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to help.

I just received a call from this number at 4:25pm about a home alarm system. I recently registered my number on the national do not call list and ever since I've been getting spam phone calls... what gives?? Whomever it is, knock it off! I don't want any of your crap.

They wanted to put a sign in my yard because there has been so many breakins. The voice for more information, please press 1

The FBI wants to warn me of a rash of crimes in my area. New Flash, if I find out where these call are coming from there will be a crime, and I will be the only one left standing. Just saying.....

I keeps calling not saying anything

I've returned call at least three times and chose the option to not be contacted anymore.  I'm still being contacted and on the dnc list.

I have just started getting this number calling me daily and sometimes 2x per day.  No one responds if I answer.

I received a call from this number twice within a week. I have my cell no. on the do not call registry, why am I getting these calls?  I do not want to receive this call any longer.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I still get these calls.  I am reporting it!

I also received a call from this number.  I plan on contacting the FCC if the calls continue as I am also on the DNC list.

Its the friggin' telecom deregulation, the $10 charge for state do not call list and the exemptions that are allowed. There should be no exemptions so tell them not to call again. If they do its stalking.

People, what you write in here does not get back to the person/place that called you. Being on the no-call registry does no good due to some "act"or another being signed in Congress recently. They sold us out....again. So the only thing you can do to not be disturbed by these calls - because they are not going to end..... is this. Put the number in your contact list, name it Scam and give it a silent ring. Now the only way I know one of these unscrupulous places has called me is when I look at my phone and it reads -"missed call".

When you call it back, *and you have to wait almost 1 minute for the ringing to start, otherwise it seems like nothing's happening*, the automated message states you have been contacted for marketing purposes, no other details.  You can push 1 to be placed on their DNC list.
