Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME. “Tyler” asked to speak to [owner by first name]. We asked where he was calling from, he said ACS. We asked who? He hung up!

I searched for "ACS" here on 800notes and got a LOT of results, but they're all different things. This guy didn't say what his business was but you can bet we didn't want to talk to him. Blocked.

Received a call from this number, asking for the owner by first name. When advised unavailable, could I take a message, caller said no would call back and hung up. If they won't leave a message they don't get to talk to the owner.

This number will NOT stop calling. Unfortunately, when blocked it still rings once - it still interrupts us. But they have now called (from this number - probably calling from others as well) a total of SEVEN times in one month, the first was April 20. Today they DID get through via call waiting; they (AGAIN) said they were with "ACS" and calling about "new EMV standards" ... it does no good to ask to be removed from their spam list so we just hang up.

Keep receiving calls from this number asking to speak to owner. We explain this is a medical facility and the owner does not take calls. They just hang up and call back in a few days. Blocking it doesn't help. The guy does not give a company name says its about the credit card services.

Same as all the previous comments - they have called at least four times in the last week and consistently ask to either speak with our owner or ask for him by name.  I've offered to take a message, no dice.  I've also told them that we're not interested and that we're already set up - one of them offered to "read me the most current rates for credit processing" to which I replied "no, thank you, we're not interested" - and he hung up.  Unfortunately, that was yesterday, and one of his colleagues just called back this morning.

Get calls from this number at least 3 times a week asking for the owner (not by name). I screen all the calls to insure the Manager and Owner are not interrupted by BS sales calls. I ask every time for their name and the company name they are calling from. Today specifically I asked them to remove our number from their call list and she said I'll have to get my managers approval. I said let me talk to your manager then and they hung up on me.

Well, they start off sounding as if they already do business with you.  If you ask all the "right questions" you may get them to slip up and admit it is a telemarketing call.  They were quick to want to schedule you for a sit down about credit card machines and wanted to know a monthly processing amount.  Which was not divulged.  I was given this number to call back to confirm a bit of information.  Upon calling back to cancel a sit down, the number does not seem to work, you get dead air and then a busy signal. Hmmmm.  So I looked up the number and found all of these posts!  The gal I spoke to gave me a name, now that I see how fishy this is it probably wasn't a real name..."Makala"

Same as the folks above. Ask for me by first name and is very pushy trying to sell merchant services. Several times I've hung up on them only to have them call back seconds later. I can't imagine anyone buying their service, or how their tactics could possibly be effective.

They called and asked for the owner by first name.  We screen all calls that come in for them, so I asked what this was regarding.  She fed me a line and when I told her the owner wasn't available, she got rude with me so I hung up.  Can't stop scum from bothering people no matter how hard you try.

Got several calls from this number purporting to be a credit card service with some great new deal.  I have finally blocked it today.

Answered the phone and said hello.  Nobody said anything, then they hung up.

Man called asking for owner by first name, as if he knew her. He rudely hung up when I asked how I could help. Total sphincter.

Even if they let you talk to the manager he is a rude [***] that screams at you and threatens you.

Today's call came from 206-946-9852.

“Trish” asked for owner by name; receptionist said that’s me (it wasn't - but she could hear loud call center sounds in the background and wasn't about to put the call through). She asked who was calling, Trish said “ACS” so while she had her on the phone she looked it up. It’s Allied Commercial Financial, HORRIBLE company! She started reading the reviews to Trish who acted completely stunned by it. Receptionist said, "Would you like me to keep reading?" Trish said I’d like to know what website says those things. Receptionist said Google your company name and take your pick. Have you ever Googled your name? Trish said “every day!” but she’d never seen such reviews (after all, she said, we have a guarantee!) Receptionist said, “Well thank you so much for calling Trish, I’m going to go ahead and put your on our block list. You have a good day.” And blocked they are.

NOTE: They have called from 971-229-8911 SEVEN TIMES since April. That number has also been blocked, so they called from a different one today. And tomorrow they'll call from yet another one, I know.

I had this company call me today I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.  He called back immediately I told him again I was not interested and hung up and unbelievably he called back a third time I did not answer the third call!  I would never deal with this company what terrible customer service if you can call it that!

"James" the manager, is a complete jerk! I asked to be put right through to him, and asked to be removed from the calling list, he said, "you got it". Yet they called again today!

They ask to speak to my boss by first name, and when I say she's not available but I can help them, they hang up! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! I DON'T SEE HOW THEY MAKE ANY MONEY!!

I am very irritated with ACS.

Got a voicemail from this number with some creepy heavy breathing and some Indian/Bollywood(?) music playing in the background; sounded like a some Call Center.
