idk who this is but they randomly called me and i tried to call them but i got disconnected

It's First National Collection. I have no idea what this could be about.

DO NOT ANSWER FROM THIS NUMBER! This number just called me and recorded my voice answering Hello, then went to static and a very long beep. I could tell it was recording me due to certain little sounds made that are a dead giveaway. It's creepy and I will not answer from this number again.

Beware... The Better Business Bureau gives First National Collection Bureau an "F" rating. Read the complaints before you agree to pay any amount that they claim you owe:

FNCB has a long history of illegally making automated calls to cell phones. This is currently the subject of a class action lawsuit, however you may sue on your own for $1500 per violation.

FNCB has been known to use many phone numbers, using a fake caller id such as "LOCAL OFFICE", in an attempt to disguise its identity.

Just got one today from number as well as one the other day same number. Never leaves a message so I never return call! If you do not recognize a number, do not answer because if they are indeed trying to reach you personally they will leave you a message!

I just received a call today, but have received them at least once a month in the past.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.   I do not answer numbers I do not recognize....

Have had a couple of calls from them. It shows as coming from Portland. I've never bothered answering them.

This # calls around 8am.  Recorded call and then hang up.  Answered once but do not anymore.  Have no idea who it could be but will definitely not answer phone.

I have been receiving calls from this number, 971-361-4854, on both my home phone and my cell phone. Often they call early in the morning and call both my phones simultaneously. I never answer sine I don't know who they are from. I want them to stop.

Answered it once with no answer on the other end. Calls at least twice a day in the morning .

Fake,Spoofed number! calling all the time,will report it to FTC!
