Obnoxious, relentless, ... sad

A recorded message, from 971-373-2958, was received on my cell phone on 8/22/2012 at 3:07 PM.  The recording said that the FBI, Police, and other agencies recommend that a Burglar Alarm sign be in your yard to deter burglaries.  It went on to say that if I wanted more information, to press 1 or if I wanted to be placed on their do not call list, to press 9.

I am already on the government's DO NOT CALL list for the number they called.  I have documented the call today and intend, if I receive another call from that number, to file whatever suit, complaint, or otherwise is necessary to see that they pay penalties for viiolating any FTC or FCC laws pertaining to the unsolicited calling of phones on the DO NOT CALL register.  These people are the scum of the earth and I, for one, will not sit back and take their violations of the law.

received a call but no message from the number 971-373-2598.  I called it and got a voice message saying it had been disconnected, and then googled it, and found this page to report it.

How can a company call from a number that when called back says its a disconnected number. I am on the do not call list but I guess that doesnt even work. Man this world is full of scammers...

I received a call from 971-373-2598 i didn't answer it when I returned the call it said it was disconnected.  Has anyone actually answered this call?  I wonder how they got my cell number I am on the do not call list?

If you are a Verizon subscriber log into your account and block the number. you can block up to 5 numbers.

I have been receiving a call from this number once or twice a day.  They say they will install a security system free of charge if I allow a small sign. Hmm- I think most people with security systems are automatically given a sign to put up to detract potential criminals. Naturally, they don't mention the monthly bill.  I was asked to press 9 if I want to be put on the do not call list.  I am already n this list.  Pressing 9 didn't stop the calls.  I am so sick of this!!!

Got two calls today that Mr. Number picked up and hung up, but I still got billed for the calls.

My number is also on the government 'Do Not Call List'.  This post is to document that call. I too, will pursue pressing charges if it continues.

I have received several calls from this number, even though I blocked it through my phone company.  My phone company is now investigating as to why the calls are still coming through to my phone.  When I tried to call it, I was told it is a disconnected number.  When I picked up the call, an automated voice said it was Pacific Telecom Communications, as far as I can remember.  Hung up after that.  I have been receiving at least 3 phone calls from them a day, and they do generate my voice mail alert even though no message is left.  I pray for God's judgement on wicked unethical businesses!  Have a lousy day PTC!

Z FDCalling. They have been calling at least 2 times a day.  Today, Saturday 1/9, they called at 10.42am, 11.27am and 11.53am and left a recorded message offering free security systems.  The number is from OREGON and I live in FLORIDA! I am too registered with DO NOT CALL.

This number is calling my cell everyday.  Please take me off your list. I do not want to receive calls again from this number.

I have received calls from this number twice a day for that last 8 days, I'm over it.

I keep receiving calls and messages from this number. We need to stop this. I tried callling back and it says that it is a number out of service. I hope someone sure knows how to stop this.
