another call from pre trial services and I am being sued. No idea what for or by who. New number for the previous 718-569-6520 number they were using before same message as well as same file number by both numbers..

my parents got the same call for me today and the other day .and i dont even live at my parents house. so i called the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE  and they are sending me a cpmplaint form to fill out and they will call them and tell them to stop harrseing my parents and me.

same here now at my job really who is this co.

they also called my moms she is 73 and that up set her how do I get this info to file

Get calls from them all the time. Never identify themselves. Just go into some legal action stuff that I don't even know what they are talking about. Have filed a complaint with FCC and FTC.

Who are these people? They have called my mother AND my sisters mother in law looking for me, but when i call back they dont answer. There is no way I am being sued by anyone. Does anyone know the real reason this company is calling anyone?

Same with me.. never identify who they are and leave some message that I am being sued and will followup with me at work.. These people need to be stopped. There is no one that could be sueing me.
Call themseleves Pre-trial services.

They keep calling about some payday loan that I  supposedly owe for and they threatened to come pick me up and take me to jail if I don't pay. They also called my sister who lives in a entirely different state then me saying they were gonna pick her up as well. These people are bad news.

Scam, scam, scam.  What is our government doing about this? Tired of just filling out forms and this continues to happen.  Scam callers should be prosecuted for fraud.  Call your congressman.

Here is what you do.  It works.
Keep calling them back and tell them Jesus loves them and they are scamming people....and how do they sleep at night.  I called them back 6 times and then they got defensive and angry and blocked my calls.
See how many times you can call them back?

These people called me stating I had a loan from a company I have no idea who they are and said if I settled today I would not be sued.  When I asked for the loan company number to call them they would not give  to me so I asked them to have them call me and they said they could not do this.  Told them I could not have calls here and she hung up

These guys are seriously annoying. Is there any # we can call so they can stop calling.

I keep getting calls from all different numbers threatening.  If these people spent as many hours working at a real job as they do harassing people they would really have a good income.  I think I will get a loud whistle and call them back and try to bust their ear drum and see if I can get the message across to quit bothering me with their scams.  GET A REAL JOB!!!!!

Wow! Thank God I told my boyfriend about this matter and he found this site. I literally went back and forth with this guy trying to get information regarding a loan I took out on December 2012. He couldn't tell me the amount of money the loan was for, the name of his company, and or why I was being called 3 years later. He said I was being sued, the company I got the loan from was "Archway Financial Institution" and they have been trying to reach me via email! I said so it's been 3 years that I've neglected to pay and they only sent emails?! Secondly, why can't I contact the company that I got the loan from? He said they will not speak to you. As you can imagine I was pretty pissed at this point because he also said they are suing me for fraud. I said how is it fraud and you have my information? Also he told me my last four digits of my SSN. I couldn't find any email from this company nor have I ever taken out a loan from them. It's clear companies are selling information to third parties.

Same here...a recorded voice comes on telling me that I have 2 cases and I need to call them back. Really annoying...

Just received a call from this number, they left a voicemail saying that I'm being sued. I haven't ever done anything that would warrant me being sued, so I'm pretty positive that it's a scam!
