I received a call from 971-404-3081 and the message that was left was about being subpoenaed to court, the message also left a reference number. Though a few free searches of this number led me to an address for a ditch witch site in Oregon with a completely different number. I will be calling this number to get more information and I will add to see if this is a legit number or not. Plus a love yelling at these people.

I got a call from this number saying it was my last chance to rectify monies owed. Also stated that they are going to send me to court, also wanted me to call them back and update my place of employments address and my home address. Yeah right. Anything I may owe anyone is over 6 years old now. The statue of limitation has ran out in my state, I am not sure how to get this garbage to stop. I was getting the same calls from a colorado number but now that I have blocked that one, this number is starting toappear with the same damn threats.

What I did is block this number from my cell and home phone, as this is nothing more than a scam.  I received a message from this number stating the same as everyone else.  The last thing they said was, "Good luck in court."  Seriously?  These bottom feeders have nothing better to do than fish for information.  Do yourself a favor and just ignore them.  They'll go away.

It is time to take them down

They called me today saying the been looking for me s long time I must of skip town .who the [***] are these people saying I had some pending charges for what somebody please explain..

Threaten messages regarding: some debt to be collected, Also calling my job unwanted.

I've received several calls from this scam company.  I have blocked them from my phone now.   I have heard from other sites these people try to get your credit card information, etc.  Once you call them back, they now have a name to go with these random cell numbers that they dial.  I suggest that folks just block them.

I got a call from the same number, stating I needed to call them back to prevent.them from taking me to court. Something about fraudulent activity and proceeded with some   kind of case.number. I have no clue about whats going on.

Same here, even calling my sister but my understanding from an attorney without the name of the company and address, nothing can be done - suggested I change my number, not doing that, not bowing down to these scum!

This morning Melissa Ashley called my job and without me saying I'm Sironda S they tape recording preceeded with embarrassing messages that my work study student and other coworker have heard, they have called my father too. Now today I said let me cooperate and call to see what exactly is going on.
I called 1-971-404-3081 12/17/2013 at 9: 10 am (ish)  and Melissa Ashley pick up the phone I was put on hold for 3:57 minutes.  processing center Per Melissa A  owe $218.11, which was paid in multiple payments of 125.00, 175.00, 175.00. I had to stop them from continuing going into my account after the debt was paid. This company is upset because I did not pay them the way they wanted to be paid. So I asked for my court date, which she could not give me.  I also asked politely if they could stop calling my job. Of course Melissa was rude and said No Ma'am. I said Okay thank you, I will wait for my summons and take care of any lingering debt I owe through the court system gladly.

These JERKS have been calling me for months telling me to call 1-971-404-3081 and provide a case #.  They are trying to collect on an Old pay day loan which I want to pay BUT will not do so without a llegit bill froma REAL collection. They skirt the issue and tell me its too late and that once I make a payment they will send me a bill .. What a CROAK.. I hope they read this and bring it on.  I a filed a complaint with my states Attorney General office and I hope they shut this JERKS down... In my state you must sent me a bill (NOT an email) which they refuse to do.  I can't wait to see them in court which will never happen and they will be pursued by local law enforcement here...[***]..

this hefer melissa and monica are so rude . they said charges are being filed i explained to them that they are calling the wrong number this was today 12/18/13 @ 929 am.. update i called them back from my home phone @ 971 404 3081 and told them to loose my damn # they called me back from 405 225 3673 and threatened me keep in mind i am in oklahoma wow

Complaint filed in MY STATE these guys are a SCAM - Dont send them money or belive their tactics.. Thumbs UP to the local Atty.  General offices they are helpful and follow up.........

Got several calls from this number stating same as above complaints. I am in the process of cleaning up my credit reports, and to date, all my debts have been paid in full. I do not have any unpaid debts. This is how I know this is a fraudulant claim! That being said, who are these people and how do I go about filing a complaint against them?

Google your state's attorney general  - consumer affairs division and you should find a number to call and they will explain how.  My state has a large office handling this type of stuff.  They are a Rogue collection company and in my state, they MUST present "proof of debt" by mailing you a bill.  They will tell you it's too late and you will be sued and taken to court.  It's a croak and they will use their Scare tactics hoping to find that one person who will send them money and wait for their email or bill.  This people SUCK and I know they will be found and prosecuted. Don't respond to their calls..Hope it helps.
