Received a call from this number and it asked me to call 866 412 4521. The person said to ask for a Mark West. It was regarding an Edith Ashley.

Received a call from this number.  Guy said his name was Dale Jones.  He asked for me or my wife.  Then said he wanted to know if we knew someone named Melissa Armondez - which we have never heard of.  Wondering how he knew our names and what this is all about.

Said he was Investigator Santos wanting information on my neighbor.  Wanted me to call back.  Don't think so!!!  Sounds fishy.  If he was an investigator, why won't he go to them?

Somebody called. He said he was a detective. They were investigating a guy named Jhonny Verono. They ask me if a lived in a certain address. I did not answer to that question, I confirmed that I have no relation to such a person.

These folks called my grandmother looking for me to ask questions about someone else.  When I called the number they said they were investigating this person to "help her out of a situation" but would not elaborate.  "Trent" asked me where she was living but I told him I would pass on the number and have her call.  He stated he was NOT a bill collector.  To the previous posters, who cares if someone has debt or not???  It doesn't mean we should be harassed by scammers.

This woman named Teri Young calls evryone you know to get you to call in, wow, get a life, who works on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday????

Make sure you report them to the Federal Trade Commission....They can't harass you I have made a report.........

Hello to all, I am deeply hurt by how some have chosen to respond to this company as I have worked here for a while and I know that JPA does not tolerate illegal activity. I am in no way perfect but phone calls are recorded and conversations are monitored so all of these lies need to stop. It is best to give up the vehicle before the client flags the vehicle with NICB and then you will be forced to surrender in some cases by an expensive replevin order. I know that times are hard and that we all have bills that are past due as everybody owes somebody but it is not how people treat you, rather how you treat people that God will judge you on. If someone has hurt you/offended you at JPA then go to them and resolve it one on one but to bash a company that I work for makes me sad. I know that I do not know everything that has taken place but one thing is for sure, what goes around always come right back around. So please let God take care of the wrong that someone has done to you and you shall continue to be blessed and highly favored.

I helped them to find my father's girlfriend.  He passed away several months ago and she is driving the car but not paying.  No payee no drivee. Pay your bills!
