Called Jan. 18, 5:38 pm - caller ID has "Texas" - no idea who it is.

1/23/12 12:08AM phone call, I answered, it hung up.  Called back, and "this number is not in service"

Received call on my business line from this number while I was on another call.   They did not speak to leave a message, but I could hear faint voices in the background of other people talking on the phone.   I figured it must be a sales-call center.....  I didn't bother to call back.  If it's important, they should leave a message.

I got a call from this number earlier today advising me that a complaint had been filed against me and that I needed to call 704-464-0168 and give a case # to who ever answered the phone-this looks to be a debt collection scam-if you google the 704 number above you will see that people are being misled into thinking that there is pending legal action agains them-they called my home and tried to talk to my wife and then called my Dad in Houston-this is bull crap don't fall for it!!!!!!

They called and said I had to call another number and they gave me a case # and it said it was very important that I had that case # . They said I had to call so I could sign a paper for a court date that is being filed against me in the court of law , and that if I called th
e number that it may be resolved without having to go to court . So I don't know if I should call that number, can they do anything?  They said they're trying to file papers against me but how can they do that if in another state and they cant do it over the phone they have to have someone serve you with papers for court order first, right  ?!?!?    

HELP ME IS THERE ANY WAY THEY CAN DO ANYTHING, IS THIS LITIGATE OT NOT....

Just received a call from this number 2pm EST.  The man said he was from consumer electronics about my computer.  I told him to never call me again before I report him.  The man had a foreign accent.  SPAM or Fraud

I was told the call was related to my Oppenheimer Fund investments. Assuming it was about voting a proxy form I'd received, I said I'd reponded and hung up

Stay away from these creeps!   This is a SCAM.   Do NOT give them any information.   Hang up the phone and report it to the fed do not call authorities.

cld requesting that I assist in resolving an issue with my computer.  Refused to work with Andrew with the foreign accent who sd he was from Fla....CID showed Texas.  Report to FTC.

I got a call from this number at 4AM EST! just now...   A foreign/indian accent male asked for me by name, I kept saying, "speaking" but they couldnt hear me.  They hung up.  I called the number back and it said it was a non working number.

hey,   I live in Sherman, TX.  I had been talking to a girl in van buren, AR,  and she called me on this number.  I dont know what the deal is she seems a little sketchy.  I hope I didnt get charged for the call.  The caller ID said anonmous

I just received a call from this number and it was a girl I had been talking to on the internet.   I guess sh is a scam.  She was supposed to be from van buren, AR but the number said anonymous.   I tried to call back and

tried to call back and  it was not a working number.  Im sure the girl is trapped somewhere overseas.  What a shame she seemed nice.  But this number seems to be  a problem number

A lady named, Sharon Miller, called my company business line. she then was routed to my manager. He was not in and she left a message saying that she is from the law office of Michelle lynch .
She also said that she verified that i still work there and that someone needs to hive her a call back in regards to some legal matters and papers that need to be delivered.

She left a call back number for Long Beach, Ca(562 area)
The caller id indicated the phone number from the (972) area code

The name of the company is always bogus. I always google the name and nothing comes up. The caller ID numbers are always non working numbers.
I don't quite understand what type of scam this is but they are relentless.

Here they try to get company employee information.

Had received a call 30-seconds earlier from what the caller ID described as an Unidentified Number.  When I picked-up, a young lady asked me to identify my company but I told her this was a private residence.  A lie but that usually stops the calls for a few weeks.

Within that 30-seconds after hanging-up, this number called and an American voice asked me to identify my company name again.  This time, I said, what's it in reference too?   He said it was for my free listing in the on-line yellow pages....

The usual scam which normally is handled by foreign [***].  The only twist today, is that the guy (and young lady) were both American.  Still [***], but at-least American!

I got a call yesterday.  I don't believe it's the first, but I just don't answer if I don't recognize the number.
